The tracking service was really excellent, the engineer explained everything in terms I could understand
The call centre number when I enquired about 2 new tyres was very costly. I rang another garage to compare like for like tyres and found them to be £140 cheaper

How you should be treated as a customer
My appointment was on time. The people working there were friendly and helpful. I was losing pressure on the rear nearside tyre. The person looking into the problem removed the tyre and found a nail in the centre of the tyre which he showed me. He then told me it was repairable. He then proceeded to repair the tyre. All the work was carried out quickly and professionally. It's also nice to know that if they find a problem and it can be repaired they're not just going to try and sell you a new tyre when it's not needed like some other places. It also gives you the feeling you can go back again and be treated properly and respectfully
