They have not reset the service warning…
They have not reset the service warning on the dash. I was not advised when they took receipt of my vehicle. As I went to leave saw warning told you will have to go to dealer. The returned they tried said didn’t have info to do. Then said call following Wednesday told there would be no charge. When phoned which done agreed should be done. The when called today said if booked online should have read terms. I have read cannot see anyway why not told before carried out work it’s an old Land Rover. So no not happy paying £130 now have to find dealer to fix. I appreciate this depot soon to change hands but team very negative. Can you help me? 07815910622 Mel

Yesterday, December 5, 2025, I took my Audi A7 MTM to ATS Euromaster Sandown for service. On Monday, December 1, 2025, when I scheduled the service, I mentioned that I needed a Castrol 0W-40 oil and filter change. The request was accepted and noted on the order. However, yesterday, when I picked up the car, I discovered they had replaced it with cheaper and inferior Mobil One 5W-40 oil. This is a scam! I do not recommend this garage! To the customers of this garage: if you care about the durability of your engines, beware of them and make sure they use the high-quality oils and filters you need. It's best to buy the filters and oil yourself, have them change them, and be careful with them! I've never encountered such a scam!
You, who consider yourself the boss of ATS Euromaster Sandown, are the one who took my order and cheated me by pouring in inferior oil. The day after the service, I came to you and brought Castrol 0W-40 oil and told you to change it and give me a refund for the bad oil you put in my engine. Your employees witnessed it, and you got arrogant and left. You refused to talk to me. You're not fit to be a boss.
I recommend Crocker Street from New Port. Very friendly service, and they do everything correctly and precisely! I recommend them, especially for tuned cars. You can bring your oils and filters here and even watch them service. I highly recommend them. Very honest company!

Extremely helpful & professional
The man that dealt with us was extremely helpful and put 2 new tyres as quickly as he could as we were on holiday & had an elderly disabled brother waiting for us half an hour away. We'll done ATS. Thank you.
