I had my Aircon done today, very friendly staff very helpful. Happy with my experience.

Very happy with the service provided

The service provided was within the time frame given. A free health check was also done on the car which I only found out about later from an email received after I had left the garage.

Went in to St Albans ATS (as a previous happy customer) to ask them to look at one of my rear (Run Flat) tyres as I had been having to pump it up several times over a couple of weeks, so probably had a slow puncture. They couldn't do anything that day, so left my details & booked in for next available appointment, 4 days later. On arrival today, I was asked if my car had Run Flat tyres (they already knew this) & if so, they "don't repair Run Flat tyres" !! Why couldn't the person I'd booked the car in with tell me that, or called (they had my phone number) to check & not waste my time & 4 days and I don't live locally ?! The person there today apologised for his colleague and of course they could fit a new tyre, but I told them to forget it, I wasn't going to give them the business & I will now go elsewhere. Very poor, disappointing customer service. Get your act together guys. Grrrrrr !!

I had 4 tyres changed, plus front and back wheel tracking. It has all been done without fuss, very good quality of their services, excellent value for money, it was even produced a full report for quality at the end, this is a highly trustworthy Company, and the fellas at St Albans are nice and professional!

Not many around these nowadays.

ATS were ready for me when I arrived and registered the job quickly and efficiently. The work was completed as stated within the hour. Air con is working again.

It must be made clear that this is not a reflection of the staff’s conduct but rather the governance systems around products offered at ATS. It is evident that the staff have not been sufficiently trained to adequately provide the service they have advertised for…

I had booked an air con recharge for my car with ATS. I must preface by stating I have had a 140 point thorough check on this vehicle a week prior to booking with ATS. The only issue identified with my car was that the air con system needed a recharge. No mechanical issues with the aircon system were identified.

Having booked an aircon recharge with ATS, seemingly a reputable company, my mind was at ease that I would not be dealing with any incompetent practitioners.

During my time waiting for the service, not one, but two customers (one in person and one on the phone) were told that “they had done the recharge but the air con is not working, so it must be another mechanical issue”.

Both times, no further explanation was provided other than the aforementioned sentence. It seems quite improbable that 3 customers in succession will have the exact issue.

Whilst I can appreciate that you are a tyre specialist, to offer a service to customers paying hard earned money, I would expect that you would ensure your staff have at least a rudimentary knowledge on the service to aid customers should the work not be completed as expected.

No such explanation was given nor was there an offer to partially refund.

Prompt and professional staff. Friendly and approachable dropping off and picking up after a air conditioning regard and antibacterial treatment. I would definitely recommend.

This is my third visit and again everything was excellent.
Please keep up the great customer service as it’s a breathe of fresh air.
