Rob - ATS WINCHESTER
Rob ? Was exceptional . I turned up having called earlier to gain info about batteries / availability and pricing . I got there expecting to have to leave the car but Rob said no problem he had a window and would be able to fit it there and then . Did a test to confirm my battery was faulty and then fitted the new battery and checked it over . Great service

Was caught mid journey with brake…
Was caught mid journey with brake failure. Tried 4 previous places ATS Winchester were the only ones who would help. Phoned parts through urgent delivery and fitted 3hrs. Saved our weekend met up with friends slightly later.

Due to unfortunate circumstances the Eastleigh ATS were unable to undertake my battery change. However I was directed to the Winchester ATS who were extremely helpful and effected the battery change despite my not knowing the radio code etc. Excellent service
