Avoid ATS for wheel alignment
I wouldn’t go back to ATS for wheel alignment. I went in with a minor issue of uneven wear on front tyres. Came away with steering pulling badly to one side. I don’t believe they are skilled mechanics. When I phoned on way home when realised the problem, they didn’t answer despite being still in office hours. When I phoned the next morning didn’t apologise at all and didn’t seem bothered. Offered a day or two later to check it again.
I took my car to another garage who were shocked at how bad it was and sorted it for me straight away.
Puts me off using ATS ever again.
