Changing my review as I heard back from the website.
Customer service was actually helpful, not the boutique who ghosted after the sale. There wasn’t any solution offered after a week so I had to initiate a return on the faulty product within the return window.

I was really touched by Atterley's…
I was really touched by Atterley's service. The boutique did dispatch my order quite late but since I emailed Atterley the issue, they immediately chased the boutique and also followed up the issue. I understand it was during the Black Friday period and most of the businesses would be really busy, hence I'm still happy to give them 5 stars for my experience.

Not again
Initially wanted to buy a pair of glasses on Lyst, which took me to atterley website. Ordered last month, they sent me the wrong model. Took them three attempts to come and pick up the return parcel, and I had to claim the refund through Paypal as they didn’t process it after two weeks.

Good afternoon, I am really sorry there was a mix up at the boutique when packing your order. I see you contacted on the 24th and we replied the same with the return instructions. Unfortunately despite the confirmation the courier was unable to collect, most likely because they were still dealing with the Black Friday increased volume of deliveries/collections. We also advised that we could send you the correct product but you advised you wanted a refund so we processed it through the case you raised. Apologies again for the inconvenience.
