A score of 0 if I could. Unfortunately ATV Trader is a waste of time and money for many reasons! The only messages I recieved were scams! No actual intrested buyers. Low traffic stats on the listing. I had 4 of my buddies, standing at my place, looking for the post and it only came up for one of them. Yes we checked their "search filters". When first attempting to list my add, it wanted me to enter my payment info before it allowed me to upload the photos. I called, Customer service said just proceed and it will ask for pics afterwards🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️. They then added 2 photos to my listing pics that were advertisements for other companies, on my listing that I paid for! I could go on but it won't change anything and good luck trying to get your hard earned money back, they obviously don't care about their customers. In my opinion, ATV Trader is just scammers feeding your info to additional scammers. Zero review would be too good of a number for what you pay for with them!!

Someone wanted to buy my quad and we were unable to communicate through the fabulous website. The first 2 messages I received were scams that the wonderful AI did not catch. Really? Then a legitimate buyer gets flagged and we cannot communicate. It had not been listed that long and I asked for my money back for the bad service and the supervisor droned on about my protection from scammers. I was denied. I paid them to provide a service to sell my quad and all they did was impede it. Why did the 2 scam messages get through and not the real one?
I do not think I will be using any of the "trader.com" sites anymore after this experience. They clearly care about the fees and not the actual customer.

After posting this review I received a phone call from the company. They agreed to credit me in full and apologized for the issues I encountered. I was able to confirm that I received a credit on 1/23/26. I do appreciate a company that will follow up with concerns. It was just unfortunate that I had to post this review in order to get attention to this issue. I do appreciate the effort to make things right though!

If it was possible I would give zero stars. I really wish I would've read the reviews before placing my ad!
I placed an ad Friday around lunchtime. By Saturday evening I had received a phishing text. I emailed their "fraud" department and did not receive a reply. By Sunday I had received 4 phishing texts from 4 different phone numbers. I then deleted my listing and again emailed them with no response.
They do not make it known that they list your phone number as a default. You must go in and hide your number however after I did that I still recieved fraud/spam texts.
I never received a reply to my emails.
Wednesday (today) I finally called them and was told I could expect a refund, etc. Later in the day (5:30 pm) I received a voicemail stating that they would not be issuing a credit. I immediately called them back (no answer) then minutes later received an email stating I would not receive a credit. No explanation, no interest in hearing about or understanding my experience, just a blatant disregard for any level of customer service quality.
Save yourself some frustration and DO NOT utilize this website. Terrible, awful experience and absolutely no regard for the customer.

DON'T place an AD on ATVTrader. All you will get is scams and people trying to get information from you.

WASTE OF MONEY! I spoke to customer service they are useless and don't care. They just want you to buy an AD. Most expensive and useless place to put an ad.

SELLERS BEWARE...THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A PLATFORM FOR SCAMS NOW. I had used this site in the past & had a good selling experience so we listed with them again recently to see an ATV. But now the site is nothing but scams, people trying to get you to buy VIN reports. I didn't have a single serious inquiry and was very disappointed with this experience. It's not worth the money, let alone the time you'll spend going through messages and repeated attempts to get you to buy VIN reports.

Don’t waist your money it’s all scams.

Posted an ad for an ATV with the most expensive package. All I received was scam after scam attempt. They try to scam you into getting a carfax style report from bs sites that are set up as a scam. The scams are the ONLY response I received. Further, I informed ATVtrader about the scammers and their user name yet ATVtrader does not kick them off. It appears they condone the activity. The messaging system, used is their own so they have the ability to filter URL's sent in the messages however they chose not to. Class action lawsuit just waiting to happen as the platform knowingly allows and facilitates the scams.

I paid $68.98 for an ad to run for 12 weeks. The first 10 days was a total waist of my time with a number of scams, crank texts and a potential fraud from some ignorant, small minded halfwit offering to pay me FULL price and an extra $3,150 for shipping. Money to be paid with CASHIERS CHECK. I took the check to my bank and they verified that it was fraudulent. That went on for several days until I told him I was sending all his information, including false ID and drivers license to the FBI. I removed my ad from ATV trader after only 10 or so days. Do you think I got my monies worth? DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, they are worse than Graigs's List.

Waste of 20 bucks. Not a user friendly site as others. Not one inquiry in the 2 week period I signed up for

Wasted $40 to have my atv listed only to receive about 40 views and only be contacted by a scammer. Their customer service is not good. They have a number to text, which sometimes requires a follow-up email to get them to reply. I called in to upgrade my plan within the 7-day window and was told I would receive a refund of my initial $19.95. Waited a week and never saw it. Spoke with a person through text only to be told it was never submitted. Also tried to use a link on their website that is supposed to allow for feedback, but the address is invalid. Facebook Marketplace is a much better option, and you will get way more exposure.

It's basically a front for Nigerian scams. There's no way to make any other conclusion for as many scam emails as you receive.

Do not advertise on this website, it is a huge waste of money. Had over 20 people contact me about my utv and every single one of them was a scammer trying to steal!

It's awkward and photos don't easily upload.

The viewing numbers were pretty low on ATVTrader and even I had difficulty finding my own ad unless I drilled down to the exact zip code and a smaller subset of miles from the zip code center. I also sent an email asking about this and never received a reply. I was pretty disappointed with the overall process for ATVTrader.

Very small amount of views compared to marketplace….deleting ad as it’s not worth the effort to check this ad.
Need to be able to reach a larger area and nothing but unintelligent scammers.

Not one lead on this site. Sold in 1 week on Facebook marketplace.

I paid for the premium and only had one person ask and it was a super deal. Sold it on Amazon marketplace within a week of listing it as well as the same time on this site. I had 38 messages on marketplace versus one on atv trader

We got caught up in a fraud scheme on ATV Trader. The buyer presented a fraudulent check that my bank did not catch. Stay away from this site. They offer no support or protections!

Easy to post add; easy to communicate with prospective buyers, sold my golf car in less than 24 hrs.
