So I ordered a fairing set for my bike, it was in a colour scheme that wasn't listed on the website so had to contact them to make the order.

Spoke to them by email asked if they could do what I wanted and they said yes, I also asked them to ensure the fairings were left to cure for a day or two extra as I had read reviews stating they had been packaged too soon which had left marks in the paintwork. They agreed, told me the time to make would be 2 weeks. So I gave the order the go-ahead. At this point I told them the delivery address. They acknowledged that and told me that they would send a request for payment through paypal.

I made the payment through paypal and the order was under way. About a week in, I asked for the paint code they would be using, so that I could have the tank painted to match exactly. They responded that they don't use codes and simply mix the paint themselves. Effectively guess work. Not the end of the world, would just mean I'd have to wait for the fairings to arrive to paint the tank.

Another week went by and I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up and was told it would still be another week.
A week went by and I was told I would be sent photos on an exact date (which was about 4 days later). 5 days later, still nothing so I sent an email again to see what was going on. This time no one even bothered to respond for about a week and when they finally did, they told me it would still be another week. It was at this stage that I really started to get annoyed. mostly at being lied to constantly. I told them as such and told them that I was just about ready to file a dispute with PayPal.... Coincidentally, they were suddenly done that same day and they sent a photo. Weird, but I naively thought great! And asked for the tracking details in a few days when they would be sent. They told me that the fairings still had to go through checks for quality control and asked me to be patient. So I was. about 10 days later I emailed again, asking if they had been sent yet and didn't receive a response for about 3 days, at which point they told me they would be sent in a few more days. A few days later they emailed saying they'd been sent, so I asked for the tracking details, They told me they don't have them and wouldn't get them for a few more days.... strange, but okay. 5 days later they finally sent me the tracking details, I looked it up and instantly noticed that they had sent it to the wrong country. The correct address, just the wrong country. I went back and checked the email I had sent them with the delivery address and sure enough, the address was correct. I emailed them asking them to call UPS and sort it out. I didnt hear back for nearly 2 days, at which time they told me it was my fault, and that I needed to send someone to the address in this different country to pickup the package...? Seriously What The Fudge?

About 5 emails back and fourth with them blaming me for this and nothing from them saying they'd actually called UPS to sort it. I have tried contacting UPS AUS, UPS NZ, UPS International, and none of them were able to do anything, all saying that the shipper needed to call to make the change.

So right now, I'm out of pocket a grand AU, with my fairings in limbo in Auckland, NZ. While I'm in Brisbane, AU. Auctmart, playing acting like a street kid selling burnt DVD's out the back of car, rather than an actual business.

I've raised a dispute with PayPal. But I've never had to do that before so I don't know whether I should hold my breath. And even if it does get sorted, I can't imagine that it will be a quick process.

Honestly, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have bought 5 sets of fairings from this company in the past and had a custom made one. Never had any issues. Fairings are decent, fitment is 8 or 9 out of 10. Nothing crazy. Paint job is also decent. For the price you can't really complain. Usually the whole process take about 22 days.

I've had bad luck with other company's. So I shopped around. Auctmart has taken care of me multiple times for my different bikes. The fairings are always high quality. Fitment is always tight and perfect. My bike looked great again for a good quality price.

Great fitting and looking fairings only complaint is one tab was broken but I blame shipping for that

9-10 year ago I wanted to find the Guy Martin iomtt replica fairings for my Gsxr k8, but could not be found anywhere.I have found the Auctmarts team in some forums on web, I read very good words about their work.But my bad luck,what I wanted it was available only for the K9 …..
I send mail and I ask if they can painted for my K8, they answer me asap,
"YES we can do it!"So simple!
And they paint it for first time for me.
I sent the payment and that’s all!
Every week they sent me photo about preparation, and after one month i received my perfect fairings!They sent me and some gifts!

The fit it’s excellent,I took out the oem and I fit the new one with no problem,the quality for the abs is perfect,the stickers also. I have it 9-10 years and it’s like new.

fairings are nice, damaged during transportation, but the money was returned for the damaged fairing..

Fairings were great, package well, and had a sticker kit. I didn’t use the stickers due to me liking the way the bike looked without them. I would highly recommend these brand as other moto YouTubers have used them with no issue. My bike was a 2006 CBR600 RR. I would just recommend using the oem fairing nuts and bolts but they also include a universal kit as well.

Bad fairings and tells their customers they will pay for a good review then doesn’t pay after!

So the fairings are amazing!!! Perfect fit perfect paint. The bolts kit didn't come with instructions for instal and some hardware is not correct but not the end of the world. Would have selected 5 star except the constant harassment from the instagram personnel asking for a review is doing my head in! I have said a million times I haven't put the fairings on the bike yet but I have had 10 or more messages about a review. Again the product is awesome! Marketing team not so much.

I bought the repsol silver/white fairings for my 2008 CBR 1000RR. This is my first set of aftermarket fairings for a bike and im very impressed by the paint job. I asked for certain custom details for the design and they were very communicative in making sure it would turn out exactly as i imagined! only reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the mounting screw holes on the back side of the fairings were not wide enough to fit the bolt kit that was included. I had to purchase a bunch of screws so that i could actually twist them into the mounting holes. other than that the fairings look/fit great and im glad i DIDNT go with anything on Ebay or Amazon!

I bought the fairings for my 2005 zx6r twice, the first time I ordered a set of fairings with an existing pattern on their site just changing the scheme color to my taste, the second time I sent them reference photos to create a completely new set of fairings and the result was exceptional, a set of fairings precise in every detail and in every shade of color, both matte and glossy finish, the fairing kit is even on their site right now. The fairings fit perfectly, the supplied screws kit is a bit fragile but still good, the screen is also very nice. I really appreciate the stripes of thermo reflective material in the inner side of the fairings.
The customer care helped me during the realization of the fairings and during the shipping phase.
The shipping took about a month to arrive at its destination in Italy, fast delivery times, considering the time for manufacturing the fairings.
Really considering to buy a new kit for the next season from their site!
