Good quality fairing kit. It is made and painted very well. The Auctmarts team is helpful and qualified.

I have ordered there 3 times already. This time was the fourth time.
The first fairing was really a super quality and workmanship.
The second fairing was of the processing no longer so convincing.(Lacknasen, pimples, etc.)
The third was for a friend, the same as the second and the fit was not so good, gaps were huge!
I have now ordered a fourth had with a transport insurance.
Everything is fine so far, very cooperative. However, no longer as friendly as it was then.
Now we come to my experience.
I have had to determine a transport damage on delivery of the package. I immediately reported this to auctmarts, since I had taken out "transport insurance" and assumed that we would come to a solution. The answer was, "You can touch it up with a paint pen and it will no longer be visible". I thought I was not reading correctly. I then asked what the transport insurance was for, no response. They offered me
Ridiculous 45 USD to repair the damage. I ordered a fairing there to have a new and undamaged fairing mounted on the bike. I am disappointed beyond measure, although I had a good experience in the past (the first fairing was 2018/2019).

Purchased a fairing for my 2011 ZX10R and product was shipped to Canada within a month. Fitment was perfect! Paint finish was very good as well! Would definitely purchase another fairing from them. They included a Black Windscreen with a heat shield, bolt set, and a tank pad.

What went wrong this time? I wouldn't expect you to start like that. My order took over a month too even get them to send picture of paint and then when they finally did that I had cancelled my order then when they sent me a picture of paint after I already cancelled once they send me tracking number after cancelled a second time they took it upon themselves to send it anyway my signature is not on it they lost them now I'm out my plastics and $600 and I wouldn't have even put one star but I had to or I couldn't put anything and all that after I paid $25 for insurance on my package

Communication from auctmarts wasn’t the best, I had to constantly chase them for updates about the order. Delivery was originally quoted at 3 weeks, order arrived after 7 weeks. Quality and figment is better than expected. I did have a few QC issues but luckily in places that are hard to spot. I would use them again

They just drop-ship their products from Ali Express, quality isn’t the best obviously but it’s a scam.
I ordered a set “in stock” but had to wait 2 months before it finally arrived..
In the meantime i found the identical pictures on Ali Express.
But the price was way less..
Better order on Ali Express instead of ordering from Aucmarts, it will cost you way less and believe me! They are identical..

I’m only writing this review because I’m a customer of auctmarts. My review is solely based on the fact that I payed full price for one of the hayabusa fairing kits the full black kit. It came in with no issues but my problem is that it didn’t come with the bolts. Without the auctmart bolts you cannot put the fairings together. The stock bolts won’t fit and I emailed them with no response and tried to buy an extra bolt kit but there were none available. So at this point I’m at a loss idk what to do here.

Fitment was great had to chisel some of it down to fit 100% but all in all its nice and flushed and my custom order was great. Communication could be better everything is email based even though they have a number on their website. The bolt kit I received was not really great to be honest just a heads up. People always give me compliments on my bike in the end.

The communication was great. Updates on my order and pictures of the final product before shipment was awesome! Fairings fit really well for being aftermarket.

The fairings fit very well on my gsxr 750 k7, they are good quality, best for the price. İ recommend.

Great products, fast shipping and great communication during the process

So I ordered a fairing set for my bike, it was in a colour scheme that wasn't listed on the website so had to contact them to make the order.

Spoke to them by email asked if they could do what I wanted and they said yes, I also asked them to ensure the fairings were left to cure for a day or two extra as I had read reviews stating they had been packaged too soon which had left marks in the paintwork. They agreed, told me the time to make would be 2 weeks. So I gave the order the go-ahead. At this point I told them the delivery address. They acknowledged that and told me that they would send a request for payment through paypal.

I made the payment through paypal and the order was under way. About a week in, I asked for the paint code they would be using, so that I could have the tank painted to match exactly. They responded that they don't use codes and simply mix the paint themselves. Effectively guess work. Not the end of the world, would just mean I'd have to wait for the fairings to arrive to paint the tank.

Another week went by and I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up and was told it would still be another week.
A week went by and I was told I would be sent photos on an exact date (which was about 4 days later). 5 days later, still nothing so I sent an email again to see what was going on. This time no one even bothered to respond for about a week and when they finally did, they told me it would still be another week. It was at this stage that I really started to get annoyed. mostly at being lied to constantly. I told them as such and told them that I was just about ready to file a dispute with PayPal.... Coincidentally, they were suddenly done that same day and they sent a photo. Weird, but I naively thought great! And asked for the tracking details in a few days when they would be sent. They told me that the fairings still had to go through checks for quality control and asked me to be patient. So I was. about 10 days later I emailed again, asking if they had been sent yet and didn't receive a response for about 3 days, at which point they told me they would be sent in a few more days. A few days later they emailed saying they'd been sent, so I asked for the tracking details, They told me they don't have them and wouldn't get them for a few more days.... strange, but okay. 5 days later they finally sent me the tracking details, I looked it up and instantly noticed that they had sent it to the wrong country. The correct address, just the wrong country. I went back and checked the email I had sent them with the delivery address and sure enough, the address was correct. I emailed them asking them to call UPS and sort it out. I didnt hear back for nearly 2 days, at which time they told me it was my fault, and that I needed to send someone to the address in this different country to pickup the package...? Seriously What The Fudge?

About 5 emails back and fourth with them blaming me for this and nothing from them saying they'd actually called UPS to sort it. I have tried contacting UPS AUS, UPS NZ, UPS International, and none of them were able to do anything, all saying that the shipper needed to call to make the change.

So right now, I'm out of pocket a grand AU, with my fairings in limbo in Auckland, NZ. While I'm in Brisbane, AU. Auctmart, playing acting like a street kid selling burnt DVD's out the back of car, rather than an actual business.

I've raised a dispute with PayPal. But I've never had to do that before so I don't know whether I should hold my breath. And even if it does get sorted, I can't imagine that it will be a quick process.

Honestly, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have bought 5 sets of fairings from this company in the past and had a custom made one. Never had any issues. Fairings are decent, fitment is 8 or 9 out of 10. Nothing crazy. Paint job is also decent. For the price you can't really complain. Usually the whole process take about 22 days.
