Audi Bedford
Avoid Audi – extremely poor customer treatment
I was sold a vehicle with a serious hidden defect, meaning the car was faulty at the point of sale. This was not wear and tear and not caused by me. Despite clear evidence, Audi and the finance company are doing everything possible to avoid responsibility and are refusing to replace the car with a properly working one.
Instead of taking ownership of the problem, Audi has chosen to:
• delay the case for months,
• give misleading and evasive answers,
• shift blame onto the customer,
• ignore their legal obligations.
This is absolutely unacceptable from a brand that advertises itself as “premium.” The reality is poor support, zero accountability, and complete disregard for the customer once the contract is signed.
Buying an Audi has been a huge mistake. If you value your money and peace of mind, think twice before dealing with Audi, especially when problems arise.Audi Bedford
Audi has become the biggest SCAM ever
Audi has become the biggest SCAM ever. Bought an 2022 Audi A3 TFSIe with 18k miles on it in 2023. It's been endless problems, had to get it repaired under warranty 7 times, one of those it broke down in the middle of the road and needed recovery. Incredibly unreliable for obvious design quality issues (not just a bad lemon). Nothing really works properly, not the hybrid system, not the lane assist, not the auto high beam, not the climate control, not the infotiment, not the audi connect, just nothing, it all has flaws. On top of it all, when you buy it, they on purpose omit telling you that half of the functionalities will expire after a few years and you will have to pay a st*pid amount on money to get them again. I wish I had read the reviews before buying the car, unfortunately I relied on the history of what Audi use to be, but the reality is that Audi isn't even close to be even decent anymore. New Audi cars are the worst piece of engineering that has ever existed in the automotive world, yet they're more expensive than ever. Don't let their history fool you as it did to me. Don't buy yourself an Audi if you don't want to bleed money for a car that isn't worth dime and be stressed and frustrated 24/7.

Etron GT periodically drains the 12v battery
Etron GT drains the 12v battery so the car is dead cannot open the bonnet as this is electrical. get AA out who manage to get power to release bonnet catch then they can access 12v battery tp boost it to power car up. But now car is drivable so they cannot recover car back to dealer. Audi UK, call centre in South Africa, cannot do anything as dealership makes decision on this. My advise is do not waste any money with Audi as they are not interested after you purchase your vehicle.

One of the best Audi’s showroom in the country very helpful sales and manger they helped me through out my car purchase and were very passionate with me buying experience was honestly smooth and stress free Issy looked after me from start to end and she did beyond expectation. And thanks to Mark who also been amazing and helpful.
Do not buy an Audi E-Tron 2019 quattro
Do not buy an Audi E-Tron 2019 quattro. Had mine for about 6 months and now faced with a £9k repair bill. Turns out there's an issue where coolant seals fail on the drive module and destroy the drive motors. It's known by Audi because the system comes with drain plugs to check if any coolant is leaking into the area!!
Good car, terrible after sales
A car is only s good as the back up and Audi Belfast have zero. Despite purchasing additional warranty at £1200 when an issue arose which was warrantable (confirmed by Audi) they wanted me to pay for USB ports which were 'damaged' in order for them to complete the warranty work.
Bearing in mind only a week prior to this, the ports were working fine to my knowledge, indeed Audi provided me with a full bill of vehicle health by video, no mention of an issue with USB ports, yet this is the only place they can carryout diagnostics/ repair - they claim.
Audi UK customer service are worse again and would only speak to my 'husband' under GDPR despite my name being on the V05 and indeed me booking services and warranty work previously with them. A car is only as good as the back up and Audi have zero, will never buy another.
Warranty service was awful.,
We have purchased 3 Audi’s from Pool…
We have purchased 3 Audi’s from Poole Audi over the years. 1 year I also wanted an additional Audi but there was no price movement on clearly an average A3 so went to Mercedes got a better car with more flex - had it 8 years. Asked for quote and settlement for old and a new car not an issue but Sales guy too pushy so went walked away. Went in today, place is dead, asked for Settlement figure and wouldn’t give it to us as they were too busy. There were only 2 customers in the dealership….Clear if I had asked for a quote and settlement they would be all over me. They didn’t want to know as it was ‘just settlement’. Tried on line but site gives code errors. After 10 years plus of loyalty we are walking away from Audi. Not customer focussed at Poole.
Absolutely awful experience at audi…
Absolutely awful experience at audi blackburn had a safety recall for replacement airbag. Handed car keys for them to start. Did say it would take between 3 to 4 hours after for hours person working there came over and said they couldn't do the recall because the couldn't get in the glovebox because I was jammed. Witch it was since I brought it 5 years ago. Just the excuse they needed to not get job done. Just fob me off with excuses . When all the had to do was to get the copglove box open was simply open the compartment at the side of the glove box with a screw driver. And just wiggle the latch off to open the glovebox simple they obviously knew there was another way to open up glovebox. And I pointed this out to them as well oh well we don't want to damage your glovebox and wot not just looking for any excuse or shall I say excuses not do the job. Absolute shambles in my book. And they don't even clean your car properly witch is a free service they offer you when you sign for your work to be done or not.absolute shambles. Last but not least rang in later that day to put in a complaint hoping a could speak to one of the managers there. Rang asked to speak to manager bloke on the phone said hang on I go and find out typical oh sorry he's not available at the moment. Asked name of manager Gareth. There Absolute shambles.
Don't trust the Approved Used Scheme !
I purchased an Approved Used Audi from Audi Chingford in June 2022, paying full dealership price for a three-year-old car. I was told it came with a full service history, as expected under the Approved Used scheme.
When I recently requested the service history, I discovered there were no recorded services between 2018 and 2022. The dealership’s only offer was to buy the car back at trade value, far below what it would sell for with a proper service history.
Selling a three-year-old car with no previous service history at full price is unacceptable. I feel the vehicle was misrepresented and mis-sold, and this experience has put me, my friends, and family off buying from any Audi dealership.
I would not recommend Audi, the lack of accountability and real resolution is really shocking.
Absolutely disgraceful service
Absolutely disgraceful service. I bought a £20k Audi A1 from the Hardwoods group in Crawley Audi and due to the distance they sent a video of the car which all looked fine and I paid for delivery.
I was reassured that the car would go through the Audi 150 point check so felt at ease.
The car arrived and all looked well until a friend noticed that the headlights were extremely scratched when the lights were on, I just assumed it was from car washes and I would buy a kit to restore them, little did I know tht the scratches were on the inside and had burnt from the LEDs now I have a lovely looking car with headlights that look 20 years old and Audi will not do a thing about it! Crawley Harwoods Audi even ignored me completely I had to go to Audi customer services to even get a response from Harwoods Crawley!
I'm still in total shock that Audi would sell a car like this! You don't expect this poor lever of care from a dealership!
Now I will lose thousands if I want to sell the car because the headlights are so bad. If I could add photos I would they are horrendous!
So much for my love of Audi and being a lifetime customer!
Q5 another day of blank dashboards
Q5 another day of blank dashboards. I have had an Audi for 40+ years. This is my worst ever experience with a car. Audi and the Stratstone dealer dont care.
My advice dont buy from Audi or this dealer network
Test Drive Request
Recently attempted to book a test drive of a Q6 Etron as my current car is due for return (salary sacrifice). I selected a dealer close to my location and was in al fairness contacted fairly quickly. During the call the advisor offered only a single date and time which i couldn't attend, then proceeded to tell me how busy they are and how many cars they've sold with no attempted to make another booking. I guess Audi dont need my business then!
Poor brand experience
The Audi brand has a really poor attitude towards its customers, which is a shame because the local dealer has been great in resolving a fault on my A3. Based on my experience of the brand - poor quality/unreliable components, Customer Relations Managers who never return or follow up calls, my first Audi will definitely be my last. Just a pity I can’t give the brand zero stars.
I bought a car from Audi Blackburn terrible service
I bought a car from Audi Blackburn in November and shortly after noticed a vibrating noise when turning full lock. I phoned them and was advised to bring the car in the same day, which I did driving over an hour and a half to get there. After looking at it they confirmed there was an issue but said they couldn’t fix it that day and suggested taking it to Audi Warrington as it was closer to me.
Audi Warrington later confirmed they could sort the problem, but the warranty approval had to come from Audi Blackburn. Warrington told me that if Audi approved the claim, they would carry out the repair. Since December I have been chasing Audi Blackburn for this approval and have had constant communication issues: multiple emails ignored, no follow ups and no clear answers.
(Audi Warrington- A girl called Hamida has been more helpful than the dealership I bought from)
Last week I got through to someone who told me I would now need to come back in for another diagnostic even though Audi Blackburn diagnosed the issue back in November. I was also told the original diagnostic was “no longer on file,” meaning I’d need to travel again for the diagnostic and then again for the repair all without any clarity on whether it’s even going to be covered under warranty. I also sent over the email from Audi Warrington with what needs to be done so they can just approve it.
My dad owns his own car garage, so I know what proper communication and customer service should look like and this has been the opposite. I’ve been chasing this since November and the issue is still ongoing months later with zero accountability from Audi Blackburn.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from an Audi dealership. Until communication improves and customers are treated properly, I wouldn’t recommend Audi Blackburn based on my experience.
Bought my sq5 from aberdeen audi used…
Bought my sq5 from aberdeen audi used cars from worst sales person I've ever dealt with . barry downie renaged on my deal promising mats a bootliner .month on after taking car still not here and to say this salesman calling me a chancer in front of my wife in there showroom just shows what they think of there customers needless to say my wife and me WONT!!!!!! be returning to this dealer be warned
Terrible customer service and poor…
Terrible customer service and poor management at Audi Finchley Road.
I am extremely disappointed with the standard of service I received. My car was with them for two days and absolutely nothing was done. I was told parts needed to be ordered, yet nearly a week later there has been no update at all.
Communication is non-existent. I have emailed the manager, Stewart McLagan, over four times and have received no response whatsoever—no reply, no phone call, nothing. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially from a premium brand like Audi.
Overall, the service is unprofessional, badly managed, and far below expected standards. Terrible, terrible experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Raised a complaint with Audi uk
Raised a complaint with Audi uk complete and utter waste if time and effort. No care whatsover about aftersales and how dealers are not representing the brand. Never ever using Audi again.
