Faultless service totally understood my requirements. Gave me their professional recommendations and then gave me time to mull over the advice. I never felt under any pressure. Prices are also highly competitive and goods arrived well packaged and as described. Immensely satisfied and I won't hesitate in making further purchases.

Just bought a pair of Dali Opticon 6 speakers from Creative Audio and they are brilliant. Creative Audio's advice, knowledge, service and price was unbeatable - thanks Stuart. They have been my go to HiFi shop for more than 25 years and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I bought a new Marantz PM6006 UK special edition app from Creative Audio, Shrewsbury. The service and advice was excellent. They even price matched the amp to that of a different shop to save me travelling 100s of miles to get one. The amp is perfect for me, fills my 2 large rooms with ease.

Audio Express gave me good advice over the telephone and I bought a Cyrus CDi from them. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Audio Express without hesitation.
