Ryan Moncton put together the most adventurous, fascinating trip to Lima and then onto the Amazon (where we encountered macaws, a black crocodile, river otters eating fish and listening to the Howler monkeys at night!), Cusco, the Sacred Valley and finally our 7 night 6 day trek over the Andes with our guide (Pillco who was absolutely wonderful!) and our porters to reach our final destination Machu Picchu...UNBELIEVABLE! We slept under the stars every night in nice tents, had great weather and the Chef and Porters were outstanding! They set everything up and torn everything down. We had 3 meals a day that were fantastic! Happy hours almost every night after hiking a minimum of 7-8 miles every day through steep mountain peaks to tops of glaciers at Salkatay Pass and deep, steep, narrow descents into Machu Picchu! The most gorgeous scenery...waterfalls, lush flora and fauna, llamas... we even saw a chinchilla along the way! The scenery was unforgettable! The FOOD (omigosh, the FOOD so very fresh!) the Peruvian PEOPLE... so hard working and yet so very grateful and gracious!
If I could find someone to trade homes with me in SD and I could stay at theirs in the Cusco/Sacred Valley area, I'd go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Ryan for putting together this once in a lifetime unforgettable trip! FIVE STARS *****

We wanted to combine a family trip to the North Island of New Zealand with a tour of the South Island afterwards. Amy created the perfect trip for us. Her suggestions proved to be spot on for us and we had an excellent time as a result of her careful planning. When we return to NZ we know exactly who to go to!

My wife and I recently went on a holiday to New Zealand, travelling both islands via a campervan, which is the only way to truly experience this magical country. We decided early on that we would use Audley Travel to arrange our holiday due to our neighbour recommending them. We were not disappointed with our choice, as at every stage, including the planning, support if needed when we were in NZ and follow-up calls after our return, were to an exceptional level of customer care.
We have had the privilege of going to many destinations on holiday over the years, but looking back, we can truly say that Audly Travel have been the standout holiday operator. New Zealand is a once-in-a-lifetime bucket list holiday with so much to see and experience that you can't afford to get your choice of holiday operator wrong. We were lucky that we had decided to use Audley Travel, and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for making this dream trip a reality.
We would specifically like to thank our holiday consultant, Elly Boshell, for being so wonderful, as it was she who worked with us in making this holiday so special through her in-depth knowledge, but also the fact that she genuinely cares for her clients. Thank you so much, Audley Travel.

Our two-week trip to Italy was absolutely unforgettable, and we owe so much of that incredible experience to Audley Travel and Kelly with her amazing travel coordination! From Florence, Rome, Positano, the Amalfi Coast, and Capri, every detail was perfectly planned and seamless.

Our personal drivers were always on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about each area, which made traveling stress-free and enjoyable. In Rome, we experienced unforgettable moments visiting the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, St. Peter’s Cathedral, and even seeing where St. Peter and St. Paul were imprisoned — an incredibly emotional and meaningful experience for us. Where else can you stay in a palace and be treated like royalty?! Italy, of course!!

Some of our favorite memories included taking a pasta-making class in Tuscany, riding the super train to Rome at 153 mph, and having the most wonderful conversations with both locals and fellow travelers throughout our journey.

Kelly was truly our personal concierge every step of the way and took the absolute best care of us with every need and want we had. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made this trip beyond anything we could have imagined.

We have already told everyone we know who loves to travel to contact Kelly. We cannot recommend she and Audley Travel highly enough!

We had the most amazing trip to New Zealand thanks to Amy. She took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for in our holiday, and for us that was scenery and nature rather than cities. She then planned the perfect holiday for us with beaches, lakes, mountains, whales and dolphins. The places we stayed were all great and most had incredible views. She gave us suggestions for where to eat in every place we stayed and they were all excellent, especially Kika in Wanaka.
I had a few queries before we set off and Amy always got back to me the same day.
If we ever go back to NZ we would definitely want Amy to plan the trip for us!

From start to end Charlotte made our anniversary holiday to Singapore and Malaysia memorable and extra special. The whole booking process was seamless. Audley have an app that we used - it was so useful. We even knew what boarding gate to go to before it was displayed at the relevant airport! Charlotte is a fantastic project manager with huge attention to detail. She knows everything there is to know about Asia so I would recommend to anyone thinking about a holiday there to just do it and use Charlotte’s experience. The holiday was unfortunately delayed due to not being able to transit through Dubai because of the troubles but it was worth waiting for. The little touches of chocolate gifts organised with the hotels were a lovely thought. The whole experience was excellent, the choice of hotels, location, transfers, tour guide, tips of what to do and visit and even relevant reading material. The Night Tiger set in Malaya I couldn’t put down, it was so intriguing. Audley Travel definitely think of their guests - another lovely touch of a pre holiday hamper was well received. We’d already visited Singapore fourteen years ago and Malaysia more recently as we have friends who live there and were more than happy to show us round and take us out for meals so we were thoroughly spoilt! What with the chocolates and fabulous food the diet must begin in earnest!

Working with Mackenzie and Audley Travel made planning our trip to Japan effortless. Every detail was handled with care, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely use them again.

Audley and Anna Pering, in particular, planned an excellent trip. She took the time to get to know me so that I had a bespoke trip including must see sites but allowing me free time to explore on my own (often with excellent suggestions to follow).

The hotels were unique and offered a warm and friendly stay. Locations were excellent and were considered with me in mind - 65 year old solo female traveller.

We’ve just had a fabulous holiday in Singapore & Indonesia - all thanks to Mat Hall from Audley. Our bucket list request was to swim with whale sharks & when I initially spoke to Mat I was looking at the Philippines. Mat suggested we would be better going to Indonesia & are we glad we took his advice. It has been fabulous.
The hotels he recommended in Singapore & Bali were faultless and the sailing trip we did with Sea Trek was so memorable.

Audley’s Hannah Alderson organised our trip to Kuala Lumpur & Bornéo. Hannah took time to listen to our travel style and desires and came up with a perfectly balanced itinerary that perfectly suited our needs. The trip certainly lived up to our expectations and we were confident knowing that Audley were there to support us if we needed it. Hannah is knowledgeable and conscientious and we were greatly impressed by both her and Audley. Only a few days after returning we have already contacted Audley to book another trip.

Our family trip to northern Italy was nothing short of incredible! Over 10 unforgettable days, we explored Venice, Lake Garda, and Portovenere, and every moment was perfect. The itinerary was meticulously planned, our accommodations were top-notch, and transportation was seamless.

A special shoutout to Sarah, who made our journey a core memory—her attention to detail and understanding of what truly mattered to us exceeded all our expectations. We are so grateful for the experience, the beautiful memories we created, and the peace of mind we had throughout the trip. We will definitely be returning to Audley for our next adventure! Grazi!!

Megan Capon organised our recent trip to South Africa. She is fantastic and listens to everything you request, then makes it happen. From start to finish she was exceptional at her job. Being our first time in SA we were a little nervous so wanted to use a ‘Which’ Trusted company as it guarantees the best service, and it’s what we got. It went flawlessly and so grateful for Megan’s assistance in our self drive tour of Cape Town to Plettenburg Bay along the Garden Route. This was the best holiday we’ve had. South Africa is amazing and if it’s on your bucket list, call Audleys and request a call back from Megan!

Family trip to Italy was a 5-star experience! Leah Saulnier from Audley Travel could not have done a better job. She came in under cost, made all of our requests a reality and made every day and experience a special one. She used her past experiences to determine the best options for us! I am recommending Leah anyone who is planning a trip to Italy.

We’ve travelled a large number of times with Audley to a range of destinations throughout the world over the past 9 years and have never been disappointed. The process from beginning to end is always customer focussed and of the highest standard.
