Creed SMW stem/pumping mechanism came broken and package was soggy from it leaking. So the bottle is entirely usable and I lost like 50% of the liquid during shipping.

Update- I was promptly refunded and I didn't even have to send the package back. The customer service was great,opposite to what a lot of the reviews are saying on here.

Did not work. Packaging isn't very pretty either. I haven't received a reply when wanting to return the order. I ordered package of 4. The smells just give me a headache and my man didn't even notice a perfume.

Never had a problem with aura fragrance they sell fragrances unbelievable prices there are no discounter as good as aura

Ordered a Christmas gift December 9th, got the shipping information and now the package has not been given to USPS since I got said tracking. Didn’t have a Christmas gift for my father and brother come Christmas Day, now it’s almost been a month and still no update on shipping and no response from Aura.

I bought 2 fragrances. I’m glad the experience was good so far fingers crossed!!!

I had the worst experience ever I buy a lot of fragrances from joma shop and fragrance net and fragrance x and maxaroma.I did order wihe aura fragrance for the first time at 12/16and today 12/27 and didn't get it even I have tracking no I went to the post office the told me nothing there..I keep calling and emaling aura fragrance but no respond at all.no customer service

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered over 55 days ago and still hasn’t received. Customer service is an absolute pathetic waste of time. I’m beyond mad and disgusted by this fraudulent company. I pray they all rott in hell

Shipping is insanely slow. I ordered only 2 fragrances. It took 1 week just for the order to be processed. And it still hasn't shipped out. These were for a birthday present and now that is ruined. I did not expect a small order to take two weeks to get here. Ridiculous

I've purchased from Aurafragrance 4 times over the past year. The fragrances have been authentic and shipped in a timely fashion.

They sell either watered down or fakes. Stay away from them. It’s a surprise that they haven’t been shut down

I live in Houston and have been to their physical store. I purchased Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Extreme from them. First problem; the bottle advertised on the website was a stock image and what I got was not the same. Second; the fragrance was fake. I compared it against a real bottle and there was an enormous difference, both in scent and how long the fragrance lasted. Third; I was told to my face by an employee there that they do not guarantee authenticity of their fragrances and they do not accept returns. They argued with me in the store with customers around. I fought with them long enough that they finally refunded my money. NEVER buy from Aura Fragrance, they are a scam business.

Received a fake hacivat package came damage to the box bottle neck can tell visibly where atomizer was pulled off fragrance smells nothing like the other bottle I have do not buy from aura

I've ordered from them about three times and the quality and authenticity of the products is on point. The only downsides would be shipping. I say this because they are based in Houston TX, and I live 5 hours from Houston. Despite the 5 hour distance, it still takes almost a week for my orders to arrive to my house. apart from that that's my experience with them. I have not had the need to contact customer service yet so I can't comment on that aspect yet.

I’ve Bought at least 2000 dollars worth of products in the last year. All authentic, shipping is pretty fast up until recently due to the hurricane which affected houston. I always go to lenox mall and sample which fragrance i want Beforehand and when the Bottle comes in its always the same. obviously Batches have slight mild differences sometimes like we need pre 2016 Bottles of aventus Back. Love aura fragrances.

I believe they sent me a fake of Juliette has a gun perfume. The bottle looked different and it smelled different from when I smelled it in person.

I have been a regular customer of this company.

In my current order, I had requested them to hold my order as I needed to consolidate a bigger order. They had done it last time.

This time, without even asking me , they canceled the order INSTEAD of explaining to me as to why they are NOT able to hold the order. Now I found the item is out of stock. Also to add to the injury, the reason for cancellation shows FRAUD TRANSACTION. Quite shocking to me!

Also they never reply to emails EVEN after many reminders.

And they totally lack common sense. Their lousy customer service is spoiling the name of the company.

The hype of this perfume on videos I saw I thought it was legit.
Nope.. smells not great. Wasted money

I ordered my boyfriend some cologne for father's day. When it finally arrived 2 weeks later the problem is this... all that was in the box was bubble wrap. No cologne just bubble wrap.
