I ordered my boyfriend some cologne for father's day. When it finally arrived 2 weeks later the problem is this... all that was in the box was bubble wrap. No cologne just bubble wrap.

I have bought many perfumes from Aurafragrance. Their perfumes are authentic and they offer the cheapest prices.

I ordered a bottle of PDM Layton Exclusif at a low price and received a legitimate product. I was reasonably skeptical (as with most smaller online store fronts) but Aura Fragrance delivered! The order arrived about 4 business days total after ordering with the free shipping option (thanks to USPS as well). Overall a great experience! I will be coming back to check for deals!

I purchased JPG Divine which was a new tester so I thought but it had been sprayed. I also purchased JPG La Belle new. However, when I opened it the bottle was defective. I love the JPG silhouette so I returned the defective bottle. There was no packing slip and the only directions on the site were to return to a particular address. Since the bottle was sealed, I am not sure I can hold the company responsible unless they know they are reselling defective products - those that did not pass quality control. I am hoping things work out. If not, then I hope Paypal will be able to help. All the FB groups have applauded this company, but I am questioning their legitimacy.

Despite not having a packing slip, the return was seamless, and the refund was immediate. I am willing to give Aura Fragrance another chance.

The “Initio Atomic Rose” I received was a fake. I sent them pictures with a comparison to the real product, they sent me a shipping label to return it. However, I contacted them a few times after to find out what happened, and if this was just an isolated incident. The last time I was told “barely anyone complained so we’re not going to stop selling it.” I let them know I referred a few people, they said to have them return theirs. Very unfortunate, I loved purchasing from here. BEWARE!

Order received, requested refund after shipped back perfume. No more order from this seller because my transaction is now reported "fraud" if you guys want to continue shop with them, never ever ask for refund.

Edit: After 2.5 months, and after I contacted BBB, I finally received my refund!

We ordered cologne and it came fast, but unfortunately we had to process a return. It has been well over month since they have received my product but they have not refunded my money! Customer service responds back they it takes 3-5 to process refunds but we are going on 45 days! I’ll never order from them again!

Just bought a 500 hundred dollar bottle of creed cologne for 80 dollars

I bought La vie est Belle'perfume with high expectations, but I was super disappointed when I opened the packaging of the perfume I immediately realized by the color of the fragrance that it was not the original, and when I used it even worse, this company is a fraud because on their website they assure that the perfumes are original, I will never, ever buy from them again.

I ordered the attraction perfume. It was not shipped very fast, but that was not a big problem. They sent me some emails with the tracking information. It arrived today. I ordered 1+1 for free, but 4 bottles arrived! I tried one but it just smells like men perfume.😢😔 I don’t know what to do with it, so does anybody have any tips?

I order a Creed Absolu parfumes from Aura Fragrance in december and not arrived my parcel.i try to contact them but didn't answer to phones or emails. D ont order from this company because you just lose your money. Poor company

I just received my Creed Aventus 3.3oz Tester Bottle !! Great Experience! The smell is Amazing and Strong!

I purchased a Baccarat Rouge 540 from here as advised from a friend who also had previously buy from them. I sprayed twice and no smells whatsoever. This is a complete fake bottle. I own a bottle from Bloomingdales and thought it would be a great price with the discount they had going on. Big mistake! I’m going to lose money over this attempt. Don’t buy expensive perfume from them. If they were true to their advertisement, customer service should have done a better job at convincing me to exchange or allow them to replace the bottle but of course not. They know what they are selling.

Found out about this store through a group of fragrance lovers. I can only speak for the perfume I received. Bought Burberry Touch and Ariana Grande REM from them and the items arrived in perfect condition, with those plastic wrap and tight boxes and all. The bottles and the content liquid seem very authentic to me, and they last moderately long as well. I will buy from them again.

I wanted to believe this wasn't too good to be true. Spent 260 on a Creed Aventus bottle that was so blatantly fake it was appalling. If you're trying to rationalize a purchase, don't. If you think it's still worth a chance, it isn't. Please don't make the same mistake. - Michael, Brooklyn NYC

Fast shipping - delivered in less than a week.
Batch code is legit and fragrance smells terrific & genuine.
Packaging isn't top notch - frag box in a bubble envelope, but it arrived safe and sound.
Will definitely order more frags in the near future.

BEWARE. Steer clear of this place. It is a scam site that sells fakes and also sells your private information. Your emails, phone, text, and home address will be flooded with scam advertisements and con artists trying to rip you off.
