I've been buying from them a few years and have always had a good experience. Always authentic. No problems.

I was attracted by the $180 for Parfums de Marly Layton and bought from here since it seemed legit. I've had Layton had before, and you could clearly smell that something was off. Either it wasn't stored right and the smell degraded, or they changed the liquid itself. There was 0 sweet note, it just smelled like alcohol and metal. And if you send them an email don't expect a response, they don't answer.

Buyer beware. I bought several Mancera perfumes and I am pretty sure at least is fake because it smells like straight up sardines!!!! And packaging is off. No date or lot number on bottom of box. Cannot return. Will not accept returns if you have opened box. Will
Not buy from again.

Great company. Ordered Amouage Reflection Man. It shipped fast and was packaged well. 100% authentic and at a great price.

I have been a long time costumer and they are the best fragrance discounter on the internet. They never sell fakes and anyone claiming they do is paranoid. If youre a paranoid person, just buy your fragrances at full retail. Their customer service is average, you'll have to call their store in Texas to get any help. I live in the northeastern US and I get my packages in under a week.

i LOVE this company, i’ve bought three fragrances from them all separately and they’ve all shipped and delivered in 4 days or less. product is always full and packaged very nice to prevent breaking, and fragrances are always 100% legit. this company’s truly amazing, 100% recommend purchasing from them!!!!!

The problem with Aura Fragrance is that customer service here is completely non-existent. Have an issue with your order? You'll never get help. Ever. You won't hear back from them and it doesn't matter if you email or call them. Sure they undercut most discounters on pricing of niche, but it's for a reason. There's also the issue that they potentially source products that other discounters pass on that don't measure up in terms of quality control (hence the lower price).

I've ordered so many fragrances from AF. All of them arrived quickly and in great condition. All are authentic as well! They have the best prices that I've found for high end and niche houses. I've heard of people having issues with the owner/staff but I personally haven't had any issues whatsoever. So I will continue ordering from them. Highly recommend!

I have over 50 fragrances in my collection and a few of them I purchased from Aura Fragrance due to their good pricing. Well, the good pricing comes with a price: UNPROFESSIONALISM.

I purchased a brand new fragrance a few weeks ago a d upon receiving it, I clearly received a defective product as not only I received a damaged bottle, but you can also tell that the fragrance had been used considerably. I took pictures and sent it to Aura Fragrance the day i received it to someone's.email by the name of bbodelataurafrance.com. They did respond with a return label after bringing it to their attention. I then asked if they were going to replace my order, but they never responded. I placed the same order again, but they canceled it without any explanation.

Fast forward to today, I ordered 3 frags and they cancelled my order again without explanation. I keep inquiring why they are doing this as it makes me believe they are targeting me for their own errors.

So Aura Fragrance, I hope you are reading this review. My fellow fragrance collectors, go somewhere else. I would pay a little more rather than be dealing with an incompetent vendor who knows nothing about customer service.

Tried to place my order 3xs and it kept cancelling. Now 3 payments are pending on 2 diff. cards. Called, emailed and spoke to 2 reps regarding issue. Not happy that now I have to buy it somewhere else. I will never do business with aura fragrance again! Owner never responded to my call or messages.

I had to contact them to get shipping updates. Upon opening the mailing package I could tell the perfume had leaked; I took pictures of the wet box that contained the perfume along with the perfume bottle. (The bottle was missing some of its contents.) I emailed them twice and included photos and never received any response.

SCAM!! KEEP AWAY TRUST ME! I have pics and recordings of product and my interaction with them. They sent me what seems like a fake bottle of Mont Blanc and box does not match they had on their website and the smell does not come off of the skin. I work at Macys so I sprayed them side by side and the other one is very weak. I contacted them a couple times and recorded the interaction, and when I told them I'm recording, they hung up and kept hanging up right after that. They don't want to help fix their mistakes and kept telling me I should pay for shipping back the fragrance that does not match what they advertised!

My credit union also was unable to get a response from them.

My order went thru with payment on 12/17. I am located just 3hrs away from AF so I expected I would receive my item in short order. As of the date of this review I have not received a response to emails nor am I able to leave a vm as their vm mailbox is full.
RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS!!

Fast shipping, great price, authentic fragrance. I bought a bottle of PDM Haltane for $189. At first, I was skeptical. But when I received the package and compared it with my other PDM bottles, it was legit. The juice smells the same compared to the sample I have. Aura probably has the best price when you're looking to buy BNIB.

Got the real deal also used route insurance can say the creed testers were legit also the wind flowers was real idk 🤷🏽‍♂️ if it's per order but I don't see them faking cheaper scents and not the better ones

Great price.. that’s about it. Been wearing bvlgari thé vert for about 15y now, but this ain’t it. It smells next to nothing, I honestly thought I had Covid for a second lol. Packaging all looks pretty legit (aside from top being oddly loose). I checked the batch code and it says it was made 1 year and 2 months ago… so it should still be good if it’s a real thé vert.

Something’s definitely off about this place.

I've been into niche fragrances for a minute and about a year ago someone introduced me to Parfums De Marly and I've been hooked. I ordered the 4.2 Herod and the 4.2 Layton Exclusif and I couldn't be more impressed. I noticed that they were close to my location so I took a chance despite some reviews. I will say that Texans treat other Texans like Texans should do, and they do. They've earned a customer for life, I spent $400 for both bottles and I'm glad I did, at Neiman Marcus they were 350 each... this was a no brainer.

Aura fragrance has the worst customer service of any business ever. They should better close shop if they can't take good care of issue the arise from their business dealing with customer. I dispute a charge when I didn't receive a fragrance they sent to me with my bank. Instead of them to take care of the issue after I have made several calls but they decided to stop every transaction with me. I have bought a YSL parfum 3.4oz, but what I received shock me a used bottle of YSL parfum.
If you can't solve issues that arise with your business deals, please close your shop and stop being a nightmare to your customers.
There are other better fragrance store out there.

My shopping experience was unique! I ordered a fragrance from the website and the process was simple and thorough, package arrived fast and safe. Also, the fragrance is authentic with the batch codes as well. Will be ordering more from the company and recommend it to my friends. Thank you for the great experience.
