Site was not very easy to use for me, I ended up with the wrong item but managed to adapt couldn’t be bothered to return.

Having purchased a whole range of spare parts for my Beefeater BBQ I was disappointed!

I phoned up to double check that the online parts purchased on line were the correct parts and I was reassured they were!

Firstly unfortunately the new control buttons do not fit as the shoulders on the panel prevent them from fitting on the pin and are too big! They were only a few pounds for them all and not worth the hassle to send them back!

Secondly the new name badge has no fixings and previous badge has been lost!

Therefore it is disappointing having ordered the spare parts that they either don’t fit or have no fixings!! On the other hand the burners were good but still required adapting the existing fixing to secure them

Support are quick to answer the phone and always seem friendly and helpful, but then nothing happens. I had to chase three times to get something sorted and then when it finally arrived it wasn't in pristine condition. It's a shame I would have liked to have been able to give them a better rating.

Prompt service, quality goods, well packaged

Excellent products, first class service and back up. My 12 year old i1000 is now back on all cylinders. Great company.

A fantastic company to deal with, ordered two lots of parts for my seven year old Beefeater BBQ, parts i believed to be very well priced and arrived in double quick time. So have now revamped my i1000 BBQ and saved myself a shed load of cash !.

There was confusion between the website stating items were in stock, then they would be available around August time on back order to finally find out the items were being withdrawn.

A great one stop shop for the spares to bring your bbq back to perfect condition.

Fast service and everything packed with care.

Easy to order, got exactly what I wanted, delivery prompt. Some minor damage to malleable drip tray in transit, but easilyt put right.
