Kichass, awesome help when trouble shooting needed. Products are great, I've certainly enjoyed my off grid camping experiences since adding Kickass products to my Camper Trailer. 2x 120AH Batteries, 20 AMP MPPT solar charger and 20 amp 240 V charger for my system have me with heaps of power. Now for more ease of set up I've just ordered the Kickass Shower Tent, cant wait as this will make set up and pack up even quicker.. Thanks KICKASS, awesome !!!!!

Great service & product. The Shower Tent Awning arrived in Brisbane by courier the very next day after I ordered.

The tent awning is of a very good quality, the canvas is heavy & double lined, the aluminium frame & supplied mounting brackets are solid, unlike others products I have bought. Even the pegs are large & of a good thickness unlike the tiny, flimsy pegs supplied with our previous pop up shower tent.

Bought the 20 Amp MPPT Solar Controller on line, the process was straight-forward and easy.
The product is one of the best Controllers I could find, good value for money and displays a lot of information on the LCD screen, including battery levels.

Australian Direct website is easy to use although i struggled a bit, but that's me. Ordered two 4.6 m security lock alarm cables. Watched a video of them and decided that's what I want and need. Decided on two so I could link them together for the generator to be further away from the van at near 5 meters. Nearly the same as the 10 meter cable giving a distance near 5 meters but for me more practical having two shorter cables for individual use. Really good having a video on a product so you can see what you are buying. Will definitely buy from Australian Direct again.

Ive had the 70ltr fridge for 8 months now and has been great. Runs 24/7 is the back of the car and hasnt missed a beat. Highly recommend kick ass products.

I always get great service and prompt replies to any questions I have on an item I'm interested in. Australia Direct are my go to store when it comes to camping items.

So far, very happy with the Australian Direct products I have purchased. To date, I have purchased a 75L fridge/freezer, shower awning, shower hot water system and a water pump. Their products seem to be very good quality and value for the money. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. With the purchase of some products an email is sent with a link to video information and instructions.
