Purchased a $30 USB hub from this online reseller.
Paid for express post and received it very fast which was good.
Plugged in the device and everything seemed good until i went to turn it off, it wouldn't actually turn off. So the only way to turn it off is to unplug from the cigarette lighter.
Contacted company and went thru the online warranty claim and even sent a video of the fault.
Received a reply email from them who told me to send my one back and he would post out another one at the same time. Explained to him that i had glued my backing plate to the truck and don't have original packaging anymore and that if he just sent me the replacement hub (only) first i could avoid downtime with use in my truck and could then just do a swap over and send back my faulty hub in his replacement packaging and he could then RMA a complete faulty set when he received it.
Apparently this was not possible so instead i will just throw it in the bin and use the replacement one i purchased from amazon. Customer service like a brick

Still waiting for an answer on the wifi issue with the KAF-95DZ (95L) fridge. Does any one there care? Should of listened to reviews and friends and stayed away from Kick ass.

All i can say is stay well clear of Australian Direct and Kickass if you actually need after sales service or warranty, my Kickass fridge stopped working while on a trip out in central Oz just what you need while travelling. then tried contacting them for repairs thats when their true colors became apparent.
The customer support number sends you a guy in the yep you guessed it the Philippines who will promise you that someone will call you back and get the issue sorted, nothing called again same story and it goes on, maybe they work on the theory that you will just give up and go away, not likely.
Klaiton tells us all in his video that he has personally designed the fridges to his own specs to suit, wait for it, the unique Australian conditions. what a load of crap and actually misleading, what he is flogging is a discontinued fridge from another manufacturer

Awesome value. Got this kit easy to set up only needed to buy a midi fuse and had a complete dual battery set up. Very tidy fits together perfect. I put it in my amarok tub.

Hi I got the shower tent and a few other things can't wait to put them to use but as we are in lock down I can't, and also happy with response and products so far and I'm still in middle of purchasing some more things.

Australian Direct. I found there website and youtube videos very informative and easy for me to understand which helped me decide which options would be best for our caravan set up. I also contacted via phone to clarify some points. Very happy with the service and email communication. Waiting on order so haven't tested products yet but all the reviews seem very positive. I have ordered an AGM battery, DC-DC charger kit and AC-DC Smart charger.
