I am currently in the process of fitting out a camper trailer. Looking through the Australian Direct website was easy, and ordering the gear I needed was intuitive and easy to manage. Not only that, the price was amazing, and I now have the foundations for the complete 12v system in bound. Can’t wait to get my self ordered Father’s Day package.

Very easy to navigate and find items, with good explanations for use etc with video links.

So far my experience has been fantastic. After putting in an order and then realising a day later that i forgot something i called to see if i could add to the order and they were happy to do so. A next day I received an email saying that one of the items was on back order and giving me some options on what to do. Being up front about the situation is great and i appreciate the honesty. There was a great sale on after all and these things can happen. Keep up the good work!

Got to test out my new Kickass 300w foldable panel and was really impressed with the quality. Everything I need in the (high quality) bag and it’s charging my caravan’s battery right now.

UPDATE: Further below is the original review in which I was a pretty happy customer. But my last purchase wasnt so great and the product didn't work as advertised. I raised a support request, in which they say someone will reply in two working days, and haven't heard a single thing. A product that isn't working properly and poor after sales support is the cause of this updated review, feel free to contact me Australian Direct. I'm very particular when it comes to camping and electrical gear, especially getting the most bang for your buck! Have splurged on Redarc, Enerdrive, and other major brands which in honesty are all good. But have found Australian Direct/Kickass products to be high in quality and honestly, they just get the job done. Do yourself a favor and give at least one product a go, you wont be disappointed! Also be sure to check out all their videos on YouTube, very informative and helpful to ensure you make the right purchase for your needs.
