Shipping Costs Review Required
I have ordered some small items which are on sale. In this case the shipping cost was reasonable so I opted to proceed. However, I have previously opted not to proceed on some other items such as ultra thin solar panels and AGM batteries as the shipping costs were excessive compared to other heavy or bulky items I have bought from other internet suppliers. I think that Australian Direct need to have a close look at these costs.

Thank you for the review and feedback Ash. Our shipping costs come directly from our couriers API and is determined by weight and shipping dimensions. This means heavy items such as batteries which can weight up to 40kg will have extra costs from the couriers.
Awesome website
Website is easy to navigate and checkout process is super quick and easy.
each product has easy to read specifications and some have videos on the product. can’t fault the website one bit.
Have purchase many product from aus direct and they have never been an issue for me.

Purchased the kickass slimline battery…
Purchased the kickass slimline battery tray and accessories panel along with the LVD and manual reset circuit breaker, found the website really helpful and very informative and easy to navigate, as I’ve never attempted installing a dual battery system before I’m loving the short videos and finding the information so helpful.
