They ( Australian Solar Quotes ) say that they have supplied quotes , but how would I really know ? I would be happy to give them 5 stars if they did supply quotes ( or if they could show me that there preferred contractor supplied me quotes ) and if Australian Solar Quotes replied to my email or messages from there contact forms.
( And for the record , dont believe anything that you read on trust pilot , it is a paid review service , paid for by the company subscribing to their service , Product Review is impartial and google reviews as well )
Updated as per Eddys reply . Hi Eddy , this seams like this is the only way we can communicate on Trustpilot . As you say you have spent a fair bit of time going back and forth . How disappointing ! And as you say " Frustrating " that no one from Australian Solar Quotes can pick up the phone and sort out any communication frustrations quickly . Maybe ASQ are in Australia , maybe overseas , maybe Bots replying ! Makes it Hard to build up Rapport !

I am a bit confused by your review as I spent quite a bit of time going back and forth with your 1st review that you posted on the 20th of February which you have since deleted. You then emailed our support service which I personally replied to so I'm not sure how this could be perceived as unresponsive. I will post my email response below for your reference;

I can definitely appreciate that it can be frustrating to find the best retailer and thank you for your feedback. As for ASQ's follow up method, once a request has been submitted through the our system, we send out a notice to the email provided to let you know exactly who will be in touch as well as a link to their listing with us which contains reviews from their past customers. From our logs, I can see this email was delivered to your account on the 9th of February and was opened several times and links clicked.
We contact the consumers directly to let them know who we have connected with so when they receive the call from the retailer, they know the origin or their contact. Though it would be ideal to have the retailer mention the ASQ brand, we do not rely on this channel as we cannot ensure this happens.
Once again, thank you for your feedback. Both good and bad, it is all constructive and helps us improve our service for future users.

ADS Solar where very thorough and persistent. Gave good information and followed up well. We have gone with them so will be in a better position to comment when they have completed the work.

APPALLING
Since 31/1 when I initated the request for 3 quote, have only received emails from your company but have not been contacted by any retailer, even the ONE company you have supposedly found for us.
Would not recommend your service and will now look elsewhere.
