Can't fault the company, delivered on time as expected, the led bulbs work absolutely fine in my car looks really smart can't fault them at all, great company to buy your headlight bulbs.

It’s been 3 years probably, I have been using autobeam products love it. Recently last month I bought the rear smoke light but their was manufactured delayed they do apologise for inconvenience and send me small gift pack.so finally I got my package literally I was buzzing get fitted the sequential rear light was sick. I will say manufactured was well made. Thank you autobeam🙏

Ordered a product, got a confirmation and then never received the item. I e mailed to cancel and no response.

I will contact my card issuer but very poor service and communication.

I paid extra for next day delivery and the delivery time was allotted hour and I stayed in all day for me to receive an email saying that the driver had tried to deliver but no one home so contacted DPD to arrange delivery for them to tell he had tried calling but then said the van broken down so was lied to by them but the lights are on and I’m very impress and happy with your product

Over the years spent hundreds of pounds on lights with them and never had an issue up until recently. My reverse lights I purchased months ago had went very dull and looked as if they weren’t even on , I sent videos and pictures as these have a 3 year warranty their response was that they see nothing wrong with them and that I should pay to have them sent back and tested. I gave clear evidence that they were faulty and in the end received no response afterwards. Customer service is appalling and not only that one of my headlights that also has 3 years warranty has packed in . Would not recommend to anyone thinking of buying from them as they do not wish to help you they just want your money.

My Car Dropped Errors and these People don't give a 0 clears about it.
Customer service below 0 do not bother waste Your patience.
Just go and get Yourself slightly more expensive but we'll know Osram or Philips.

Customer service is under zero. Bought 2 D3S LED bulbs and one was faulty. When I asked for a replacement they said the problem is with my car and I spend another £100 for a check to demonstrate to them that is not.
At the end I sent bulbs back to be tested by their specialist because they didn’t believe me and never came back with a feedback.
I don’t recommend it’s a waste of time and money.

I was a good customer bulb failed out of warranty £40 for 2 x 581 indicator bulbs, should have lasted 10-15 years at that very expensive price, I got 2 for £3.99 of eBay just the same, so won't be spending at Autobeam again, could have sent me a new bulb the amount ive spent, no customer loyalty

I bought hid bulb kit. It went faulty within 6 months. Contacted them through facebook messenger as this seems to be the only way. After about a week of back and forth got a replacement sent out. Not ideal when you have no headlight for 2 weeks. It has went again and contacted again, 24 hrs for a reply to say it’s out of warranty. I replied that I was sure it was a 5 year warranty ( I might be wrong ) 2 days gone by and still no reply. Absolutely ridiculous.

Bought these headlamps bulbs for my st they are brilliant would highly recommend totally transformed my vision at night
