Easy, convenient and good service. The website needs a little update - I was a bit unsure how the process would actually be. Turned Out good though 😊

Not very intuitive interface. And "Save changes" works not well.
Easy access for a amateur, who didn´t get agood price at a retailer. Worth a try, and I got +35% for the car. Still, if I had the time, i could have sold a little higher private. Great experience, and a good pick-up procedure by the buyer, Falcon Biler as well. All good!
Autocom made selling my father in laws car so easy. And they were helpful, when I had a couple of questions, I got through to their helpline fast.
Amazing service. They are extremely informative and proactive towards customers in guidance and solutions to help close a deal.

Really great experience. I trippled the money compared to the shamefull offer the official Ford dealer offered me.
Service is quick, but requires a good deal of work for the seller, which is most likely inevitable.
Slow to approve your auction, and expensive for the service/risk they have as a platform
Easy to use.
And If I had used a tablet from the very start, it would have been even easier ;-)
Bids were almost a match. Autocom helped negotiate to get the deal closed
Serious bidders. Smooth and easy-to-follow flow. I am happy for the platform service.
Very easy to set up my car for sales, clear instructions and help from Autocom.dk once the car was sold. Did not get quite the price I was hoping for, but the process was smooth.
The concept and the platform are good and it does help to reach out to multiple dealers who could bid. However, when the application form is being filled, the recommendation from Autocom is to keep the 'minimum price' a little lower so there are more bids. The catch is that if the bid then touches the minimum price, you end up getting the invoice from Autocom. There is no guarantee that you will get the bid price because there can always be little things that you ignored about your car (or did not notice) that may end with a result that you receive less than what it was bid for. Here comes the issue that Autocom will not take any responsibility - "It is between the buyer and the seller" they say. The buyer is bidding without seeing the car, which is where the risk lies (and they are professionals who know exactly what to check where to get some price bargains). It would be good if Autocom does give some assurance of support instead of just sending an invoice when the bid closes. Secondly, as a seller, please keep some margin for the minimum price so you can cover for some price haggling later. Perhaps the surprise element can be ignored if 'total sale' solution is chosen instead - however, that is only my speculation :). Overall, I do recommend to use the platform - however, don't be too conservative with the minimum price - it should be a little higher than realistic.
