This turned out to be a scam. Like others, ordered a month ago, now their web chat just tries to fob me off claiming that FedEx has a problem with some parcels which is why they can't give me a tracking order and I should wait another 9 working days. Total lies. Thieves. Avoid at all costs.
Update: after I posted this, Autocovers finally got in touch to arrange a refund. However, the fact that I placed the order in April and they claimed it was in the post and it still hasn't arrived rather proves the point that it was never actually dispatched and they were clearly lying all along. Honestly, don't spend your money with these con artists - I had to threaten legal action to get mine back.

NO Cover, No Call back, No replies to email. No refund until I send back the cover I havent received!
Been waiting over two weeks and the best guess is end of the month.

Been told the order is coming for nearly a month. Each time I call they try delay me. I want my money back. Clearly not able to supply car covers. Will report to Trading Standards if they do not refund me and my bank. Terrible service and no updates from them. Each time I have to make the effort to try find out whats happening.

Bought an indoor cover for my Merc E series coupé to stop it getting covered in a layer of dust after a few days in the garage. Looks great and I’m sure will do the job perfectly. Unfortunately it didn’t come with the front tag but with help from their support team I was able to fit it properly.

My order didn't arrive, I was told they didn't have any tracking information but it had been sent?

I am trying to cancel my order this company is not trading correctly.

The cover came in good time once ordered. Overall is a good cover, expected it to be a bit more of a custom tailored fit as it asks for the cars details, however will do the job.

Looked around a lot for a good carcover and eventually decided on this one. The cover fits well and is easily secured. Came with extra locking strap as well to make sure it won't blow off in the wind. The only downside was the time it took to be delivered. When ordering it said it was in stock but very soon after had an email to say it had to be made, it eventually came fron China. Overall though a good carcover, which is what I wanted.

Good service, but I did expect it to arrive faster because the the website says from UK, but was posted from China, so expect longer time for delivery. The cover is nice fit but not got pockets for wing mirrors. I like the position of the tie down straps at front and back much better than others I have had before. Nice looking cover and good materials used. Thanks

Good fit and waterproof so far. Not the most luxurious cover, but good quality for the price and has done the job so far. Well packed and arrived quickly.

Nice product. One of those rare occasions when I can say I have found a reliable seller. Sales team helped me out as the car model I was looking for wasn't shown on the website. First I thought they may sell a standard-sized cover hoping that it will fit my car, but now here it is and fits perfectly. Honestly, I expected it to be thicker but since it does the job well, so it's 5 stars

Wasn't really sure how to choose a proper cover for my needs, but Mia helped me choose the best one. In addition to all its obvious advantages this cover comes with a bag for storing it conveniently whenever you no longer need it.

Trying to put a review seems to be bloody difficult with this company. Ordered a Mercedes sl350 outside cover 26/2/22. Then ordered a inside cover on the 3/3/22 which arrived about 2 weeks later.
My 1st order finally arrived on the11/4/22, really speedy service. Not impressed at all. Been in touch with customer services and just got standard print out answers. Rang the number but in both cases you can't get past them to talk to anyone in management.
Can't say I'm very impressed with this company

The order took ages to reach me. 6 weeks from order and it was impossible to contact the company and get an answer. The cover is too flimsy and does not fit my car properly, despite it supposedly be made to measure! A slight breeze and it flies off. There is a pathetic cord supplied to ties under the middle of the car but it just has loops at each end and nothing to secure it. I would never touch this company again. The product was far too expensive for what it is.

Further to my previous review regarding issues with a waterproof cover they did contact me and it was fully resolved. I asked to keep the cover as it fitted very well for indoor use with a partial refund. They agreed and the money was paid to me.

Think twice before placing your order!!!!

I made an order and then decided 24 hours later that I would like to cancel the order (order has not been processed or sent). I sent an email with this request. I also contacted chat support through the website with the same request. The chat response was that I should wait until Monday for the cancellation confirmation email. I wait until Tuesday with no acknowledgement. So I contacted support again, which asked for my order number
... after giving them my order number, they said they would reply through email with an answer!? LOL, you are a bad company!!! The positive reviews are questionable at the least. Your customer service is unacceptable. A simple request to cancel an order should not be hard to fulfil.

p.s. don't bother replying to my review.... you seem to reply to every negative review with an excuse to try to justify why you are not complying with your customers' requests.

NOTE: You have flagged my review and told me that it's illegal LOL! and then replied stating that I requested a cancellation more than 24hours later. You are a liar. I have the proof. You also stated that the refund is being arranged. No, it's not... I have no communication whatsoever that you are processing a refund. I have sent PayPal the proof that I requested the cancellation within the 24-hour period.

UPDATE: The company replied stating I had requested a refund after 24hrs. This is a lie. They also stated they "arranged" the refund. They did not. I had to open a dispute on PayPal and eventually won by providing evidence. Such slander is acceptable in these circumstances.

The entire experience from ordering to fitting the cover was incredibly straightforward. The quality of the cover exceeded my expectations - very easy to fit and does the job it was designed for. I would recommend.
