Well, they are sending your parts quickly, occasionally get it wrong bug you get refund. Them are still missing a lot of parts like some basic lower rear arm screws but overall they are doing OK!

Scammers
Scammers. Sent a part that was faulty, bought another more expensive from them which was fine. When asking for a refund for first faulty part (alternator that wasn’t charging battery) I was told no it’s the wrong part for my car. It was the first part they recommended on their website when I put my vehicle registration in. It’s just a faulty part hence me purchasing another one from them, my mistake. They’ll find a way to get out of paying it, and looking at previous reviews now I see it happens quite frequently. Save your money and look elsewhere

AutoDocs selected delivery partners DPD failed to deliver the ordered item to me and left elsewhere without signature. On querying this, AutoDoc refused to assist without a signed declaration and further accused me of fraud. Absolutely unacceptable of an any customer let alone a returning customer. Use very much with caution and expect a poor level of customer service!

I will never buy from this company…
I will never buy from this company again after purchasing a full clutch kit which their parts selector came up with after putting in my reg number it turns out it isn't compatible with my car but the website said nothing about this , i have purchased from other car parts suppliers and never had a problem with the parts after i entered my reg details.
I'm now trying to get a refund from them but they wont give it because the part is wrong for my car but they wont refund me .
The customer service is terrible and i will never buy from them again. Still waiting i have checked the part purchased and it is correct according to two parts suppliers but not autodoc absolute joke their customer service is useless

Please note that by registration number you can only limit the list of parts to parts that fit your car model. The final check for compatibility is possible only with the help of the OEN (Original Equipment Number). Before placing an order, you should check the OEN indicated in the description of the item.
If the part is still brand new, you can send it back to us and after checking at the warehouse you will get a refund. But if the part was installed and have the installation marks -refund is not possible.

Complete failure to get my order to me
Complete failure to get my order to me. After many attempts to find delivery details with Autodoc and DPD I gave up. I think 10 days from ordering and still no sign of getting my parts was enough I have already miss an important event not having vehicle on the road again.
Disappointing as I have used Autodoc many times in past but will not be buying from them in future.
