Well, they are sending your parts quickly, occasionally get it wrong bug you get refund. Them are still missing a lot of parts like some basic lower rear arm screws but overall they are doing OK!

Automated issue handling is awful
Had a problem with an order and was just about impossible to sort out. All automated, go round in circles because the issue dies not perfectly match the processes they designed. Would never buy from them again.

Great for auto parts
Used Autodoc a few times, first to get brembo brake pads and disks, which were cheaper than anywhere else and they arrived as described.
Recently ordered a load of parts for my Audi A1, which was misfiring, but later realised that the engine was knackered so sent the parts back unopened. Had a very quick turnaround and refund without any arguments, exactly what you'd expect from a reputable retailer. I'll be using them again, even if they're a few quid more.

Why would you state thst the floor mats for my car will fit then ill receive them wrong and i need to pay for postage back aint? Is this business run by boots ?and like i see on social media im not the only one picking on this

ABS sensor supplied didn't clear the…
ABS sensor supplied didn't clear the fault as it was defective. Exchange of email's explaining the issue resulted in the claim being rejected as according to AutoDoc the part ordered was incorrect, yet the online website after entering the reg number said" this product is compatible with your Ford Kuga". They suggested that I should have phoned, emailed, chatted to someone before confirming the order- which defeats the whole point of compatibility OK message on their screen. New part from a local supplier fitted and works perfectly. Followed up with my card company and got a full refund.
BTW- Parts in Motion got back to me by email when I ordered a part online to ask for VIN/Chassis no and gave me the option of cancelling the order if they couldn't be sure . Refunded money immediately. That's QUALITY service. Bad experience with AutoDoc - seen similar experience some reviews here. Cheap maybe but avoid at all costs.

Got everything I needed and there was a great range of products to suit my needs. Found top brands of filters for the engine where I don't want to take any chances. Found top spec lesser known cabin filters at budget prices but all the features of the top brands. Buying experience was good and the delivery was OK for me.

Scammers
Scammers. Sent a part that was faulty, bought another more expensive from them which was fine. When asking for a refund for first faulty part (alternator that wasn’t charging battery) I was told no it’s the wrong part for my car. It was the first part they recommended on their website when I put my vehicle registration in. It’s just a faulty part hence me purchasing another one from them, my mistake. They’ll find a way to get out of paying it, and looking at previous reviews now I see it happens quite frequently. Save your money and look elsewhere
