Well, they are sending your parts quickly, occasionally get it wrong bug you get refund. Them are still missing a lot of parts like some basic lower rear arm screws but overall they are doing OK!

Been sent a used part in an open dirty…
Been sent a used part in an open dirty box. Its been knowingly picked from a shelf in this condition and sent. Customer service playing responce by the book and dont care. Now i have to wait until they receive the part back to German (im UK ) to offer refund or then for me to reorder the part.

Appalling Service
Order from Autodoc however my parcel was delivered by Evri who have not left the parcel in a safe place and has subsequently been taken. Submitted a missing parcel complaint with autodoc however hadn't heard anything until I contacted them and only then did they process it 5 days later for investigation with Evri. Customer Service agent Thomas Grant was very unprofessional and quite rude and abrupt on the online chat. Will not be ordering again from here.

Absolutely rubbish delivery
Absolutely rubbish delivery, 10 days (still waiting) to get a part I could have got at a local store. I just expected better. Worse was when I went back find out when I was getting the parts then I realised that the service was worse. Hidden behind a AI chat bot with no human. I checked the prices and they all fell my £4. Tests the real value of a customer relationship when there is a problem.. In this case it cracked off the mask of a shiny app.
