Unprofessional and not customer oriented
I was taking all of my mercedes to Autohaus Arnold in Lupburg/Parsberg for many years, expensive car's (AMG's). From day one, the atmosphere was not welcoming and not customer friendly, seems as if you're a burden instead of the customer (very unprofessional) !
I tried twice ordering not one but three new vehicles over the years, each time I asked to speak to the car sales staff, I was told they are all busy and to leave my number and I would be contacted. During car service appointments etc, I never once received a return call.
It is unclear to me how a high profile business can be so degrading as it is.
I recently had taken my car in because of a problem I noticed. Once I arrived and explained what I was experiencing, I was told my vehicle would be looked into, so I drop it off.
After I had to call to even get an update to my car, I was told I could pick up my car. After arriving to pick up my car, I was told nothing was wrong, and they reset the computer, and hit me with a large bill for nothing.
I could go into greater detail, but I will not. This is just a warning of how I was treated as a long time faithful customer. In my past experience, I would strongly suggest not doing business with that particular dealership at all.
