Horrible customer service! Placed my order on 11/29 and after 2 1/2 weeks it still showed as processing. I emailed for an update and was replied to that there were several delays with my order and to reply to cancel. I replied not to cancel but asked for an approximate date I could anticipate receiving my order. NO REPLY. Emailed every single day until today 12/22 and sent it from a different email and said I’d be filing a complaint with BBB. I got a snarky reply that they had replied and offered my order to be cancelled. I did cancel my order and now I am screwed for a Christmas gift for my son. DO NOT order from this company. All the online reviews I’m now seeing say the items all pretty much only last a few weeks or months. So I guess I should be thankful they suck and have awful customer service.
And as you can see from below reply this company lies!!! I sent 7 emails one was replied to saying I could cancel. One was replied the day I said I was contacting the BBB and sent from a different email. AT NO TIME was I told the item was out of stock. And if the item was sold out when I purchased it why did it not say sold out!!?? My refund is now being processed and never again will I purchase from these scammers.

Grill lights looks amazing. Customer service helped resolve an issue. Already made another purchase for vehicle from them.

They are very efficient in getting product out after you buy it. And there price are within range

I absolutely love these headlights, they completely brought my car back to life and made me fall in love with it all over again. On top of the product itself, the customer service was amazing. They were super helpful throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and always stayed on top of emails. The communication and support made everything so much easier. Highly recommend!

2019 Mustang GT/CS Headlight Upgrade
The instructions are clear, well arranged, and easy to follow. I found that I could access the fender bolts from above, which made disassembly and reassembly much easier for me. I would highly recommend a set of ramps for accessing the bottom of the grill. I found a pair on sale at Harbor Freight that fit perfectly below the splitter. I also added a pair of Diode Dynamics sequencing turn signals while I had the car apart.

UPDATE. Since writing my first review I have installed my likes and they are amazing. I get tons of compliments on them too.

At first glance, these look amazing. However I haven’t been able to install them. Between the cold weather and loads of work travel there just isn’t a good time. There are other things I’m going to be doing to the grill area as well. So while I have it torn apart, these will be going in.

I have a 26 GMC Canyon and installed the smoked lens with white LED lights and it looks terrific. Since having the correct fastener tool set, I found the front to be easier by following the same as the rear and just unclip the trim panel and install or switch out the lights vs removing the fender well panel. Nice light kit and has performed perfectly since install.

The LED strips I ordered are awesome. They're bright and look amazing, easy to install and operate. I did jave an indie with my first order eith some of the lights not working but Autoledtech immediatly sent me a replacement.

Worth it!
Literally 60 seconds to install each. For once Literally plug and play, so easy. Will be back to purchase more lights. Thanks again for a great product! 👏😁

Worked out perfectly and easily installed!

I received my grill lights, and half of the product works properly. One LED strip changes colors as its supposed to, the other strip remains white and non functioning. Got in touch with the company by email (since they HAVE NO NUMBER to call🚩) and they tell me to "adjust the pixels in the app" like I know what that is....I ordered it from YOU, I'm not the d ammn technician. Auto LED tech is a TERRIBLE company to order from...I don't recommend it...should've done my homework first.

I had a custom steering wheel along with the airbag cover made for my 2023 Bronco. Not only was the wheel beautiful, the quality and craftsmanship is top notch. I was concerned with the airbag cover, but it was easy with the guidance of the owner George. The customer service is next level and I can't reccomend this company enough.

Hi my name is Hector and I special order a custom steering wheel from. This company and i got ripped off theirs issues with fitting the bottom plastic and the bezel a made out cheap plastic and dip into carbon fiber the steering wheel bottom where it click to the bezels does not fit at all its too thick and try to get it exchang and he won't return my emails this person should not be in business don't get rip off like I did

I ordered a steering wheel and an airbag cover for my mustang and it went horribly. I didn’t mess with the airbag cover as I wanted to get the actual steering wheel on first. Then I tried installing at three different shops as well as myself, when I did get it on, it gave me an airbag light as well as had terrible gaps on every trim piece. I ordered a different one from alibaba and fit with no worries. Do not order from here, as a matter of fact, they told me “Why do you think we are obligated to refund you?” Very unprofessional and I haven’t gotten a response as of right now, no refund has been issued. Very unhappy, practically scammed out of $876.

Yes that’s correct, i opted to reuse my stock chrome trim pieces instead of buying the carbon trim pieces you offer, but that’s not the issue as the wheel i got from alibaba fits the same stock chrome trim pieces that your wheel did not fit.

I never used your airbag cover and it is still in the box, i cleared the airbag light 3 times with your wheel on it and it kept coming back and when i cleared the airbag light with the new alibaba wheel, it is no longer there. The only conclusion is that your wheel is defective.

To clarify, I did not use your airbag cover. I reused my factory OEM airbag, wiring, buttons, and chrome trim with your steering wheel.

Your wheel alone caused an airbag light that returned three separate times after being cleared and had major trim gaps. Installation was also attempted at three different professional shops to rule out installation error.

The replacement wheel I purchased from Alibaba was installed using the exact same OEM airbag and components and did not trigger any airbag light or fitment issues.

I requested a refund and was told “Why do you think we are obligated to refund you?” Then I was later asked to provide photos and video of the fitment issues. I sent a detailed video showing their wheel and how well the Alibaba wheel fits, and after that email, communication stopped. After that, my refund requests were ignored.

I’ve been working on my truck for over two years now and AutoLEDTech.com has played a tremendous role in making it all come together from light strips, Bluetooth controllers, and plenty of accessories.

1ST of all you can get the same footwell lights for $40 anywhere...that's my fault for not researching. $180 is absolutely nuts for the basic shit they do. They do work good & look good just $100 over what they go for. Again that's my fault for not doing my research, not theirs for charging what they charge.

AutoLED helped me along with building my custom steering wheel for my f150, some of the options were confusing but george answered all my questions and guided me in the right direction to get it perfect! They also sent me in the right direction to upgrade my truck to paddle shifters with the harness from boosted goose. Definitely will be back!

Ordered flow series with turn signal add on. Took 16 weeks to receive my order. They didn't reply to my email at 12 weeks so at 15 I emailed them I want to cancel. All of a sudden I get a reply that they are almost done.

I inspected upon delivery and see a hole on back of headlight housing. Contacted via email again and they said silicon will be alright and that there should have been a tape covering it. Companies that do not have phone numbers and only communicate via email are a red flag warning. The one controller has a different company name on it so does autoledtech even build these lights?

I installed the custom headlights and find one turn signal wire doesn't work. Contacted them and was told just splice into vehicles turn signal wire. Ok did that now I have hyper flash and need to add a load resistor.

Driving to work the next day I noticed my headlights point straight down and bounce up and down while moving. I think now I have auto leveling lights so I take it to the dealer to get calibrated. They look at them for an hour and tell me this. These are not auto leveling, the manual vertical adjustments are broken on them. I have drl but not functional headlights. I can't see more than 20ft in front of my vehicle and is unsafe to drive at night unless I blind everyone with my high beams.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM AUTOLEDTECH UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF!
