DO YOUR RESEARCH before you even consider shopping with them. From the reviews, you may get your product, but I think they are essentially acting as a middle-man, purchasing the products from others and heavily marking up prices when reselling it to you to get a 'hefty' profit.
Story time:
I almost fumbled... I forgot to research them before shopping with them. I placed an order with them for a 'custom' carbon fiber w/ leather steering wheel for a Ford F-150, but a few hours later realized I forgot to research. Just from the few reviews 🚩, I immediately realized I messed up. Failed to find an option on their website to cancel an order, so I sent an email to cancel it. The person first asked, "Why do you want to cancel the order?" 🚩 Then after I replied, they responded with, "It is too late to cancel the order." -- even though I cancelled on the same day AND within 7 hours of placing the order 🚩🚩🚩. Thankfully I already read their cancellation & refund policy so I knew that was BS, so I replied with a screenshot of THEIR OWN cancellation policy, which states in the very first sentence "The period to cancel your order is at most 24 hours from the time of submission". The very next email they sent said the order was cancelled. I asked for confirmation of when to expect my refund, but received no response -- however, I did receive my refund a few days later.
Maybe they tried to pull a fast one on me? In any case, this is clearly just bad business.
Edit 1:
About the steering wheel... I ended up purchasing the same type/style and trimming of the wheel on Amazon for less than half the price.
Edit 2:
After receiving 'multiple' emails from them, asking me to change my reviews, I've decided to remove claims that they are a scam and the location being a red flag since I personally cannot prove those claims. However, because I want to remain truthful and open about my experiences, I am keeping everything else intact.

Poor product and service.
I trusted AutoLEDTech to deliver a high-quality product but, unfortunately, received a subpar experience. I ordered custom-built headlights for over $2,000 and waited 10 weeks for their completion. Throughout this time, I found their communication severely lacking. Unlike other companies that keep customers updated on their orders, I had to reach out six weeks into the process to inquire about the status. When I did, the customer service team responded in a manner that felt dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel like a burden for simply seeking an update on a substantial purchase.
When the headlights finally arrived, I had them professionally installed at a custom upgrades shop due to the complexity of the installation. Unfortunately, the shop discovered that the "demon eyes" feature I had paid extra for was not functioning correctly. One headlight displayed only a single color (green), while only white worked in both headlights, despite numerous troubleshooting efforts by the shop. Additionally, I noticed the left low beam was aimed far too low. Attempts to adjust the beam with the vertical alignment screw revealed that it was already maxed out, leaving the beam dangerously short at about 50 feet—significantly lower than stock and unsafe for nighttime driving.
While the headlights are custom-built, I discovered that instead of using high-quality SRT headlight housings, AutoLEDTech used cheap Chinese knock-offs. This explains the poor quality in both lighting and performance. To make matters worse, these subpar knock-offs were meant to replace my genuine SRT headlight housings, which were far superior in quality. For a product with such a high price tag, the use of inferior materials is both disappointing and unacceptable.
When I reported these issues to AutoLEDTech, their immediate response was to blame the installation shop, claiming that the lights were improperly connected and the LEDs were damaged as a result—claims they said were not covered under warranty. However, the installation process for these headlights is entirely plug-and-play, with each connector only fitting into its specific location. It is impossible to connect them incorrectly. Despite this, AutoLEDTech refused to take responsibility for the malfunctioning components. Regarding the low-beam alignment issue, they suggested I adjust the screw, disregarding my explanation that it was already maxed out. I provided clear images comparing the output of my stock headlights to theirs, highlighting the drastic difference, but I received no constructive resolution.
Even more frustrating, AutoLEDTech refused to acknowledge the issue with the substandard housings by simply ignoring my emails. I reached out multiple times to make them aware of the problems, but they failed to respond, effectively shutting down any attempt at resolution.
Adding to the frustration, AutoLEDTech has no direct phone line, leaving email as the only mode of communication. This setup seems designed to limit customer service interaction, as my subsequent emails about these serious issues have gone unanswered. My experience with AutoLEDTech has been an extremely regretful mistake. Despite the high cost and extended wait time, I received a product that was not only defective but also unsafe for use. Coupled with poor customer service, a lack of accountability, the use of cheap knock-off components in place of genuine SRT housings, and their unwillingness to acknowledge or resolve these issues, buyers should beware of this company.

Good quality products
Headlights work great and look amazing, a little confusing with figuring out where to splice the drl line into but after getting a cheap power tester for 5 dollars it was fine. Support was great and quick with responding!
