Quick and convenient car rental
The car pick up process was very easy, we rented a mini car and received a new Toyota Aygo X. Everything was okay, did not have any issues and car drop off was also easy, using a key box. Definitely a good price and quality ratio.

NO WAY!
We rented a car with 5 seats and 5 belts and automatic transmission and we were offered another car (not a problem) but this one had 4 belts and manual transmission. We were 2 mothers with 3 small children. We were asked for 300 euros for the upgrade… We wasted 5 hours (a day of vacation) trying to make the guy at the reception understand that the situation was not ok. We were treated very badly, we were spoken to vulgarly and without any respect. I asked for my money back, I didn't get it, I asked for the difference from the automatic car to the manual car, I didn't get it... 5 hours of explaining after a long flight with 3 children (one of them had a birthday that day) the children were tired and not fed. After 5 hours of explaining, we were given another car with 5 belts, but despite all this, we still had to pay 40 euros by card and 100 euros in cash... this after an initial payment of 362.31 euros for 4 days.
Total failure... By far the most execrable experience ever.
I will not recommend this company in any way!

There are many better options
Honestly I'm not sure where the positive reviews are coming from. It was my second time renting a car in Bari, and last time I chose a company that was rated way lower than this, but it turned out to be a much better experience.
The transfer from airport to the office was decently quick, can't complain about that. But problems started as soon as we arrived. I booked the car through the most popular 3rd party company (as I always do) and purchased full insurance there.
The lady at the desk was rude and unpleasant from the very start. She kept pushing me to buy the extra insurance, claiming that the one I purchased is a scam and won't give me nothing and if we return the car with a single scratch they will charge me for everything. Then she insisted that I sign a document that stated that the car's condition is flawless and there is no damage even though I haven't seen the car at this point. I refused, took a look at the car, and literally found like 10 scratches and even a dent on one of the doors, which is ridiculous as they wanted me to sign a doc claiming everything is fine.
I rented a "VW Polo or similar" and received an EMC Wave 2 that had scratches all over it, smelled like cigarettes and damp, was dirty inside, noisy, had weird Chinese version of CarPlay that didn't even work and is probably not safe for your data. It also drove more like a go-kart than a car, it was very stiff, hard to steer. I wouldn't have an issue driving this car for a couple days if that was what I signed up for but to call this "similar to VW Polo" is utterly ridiculous.
When we returned the car, there were two other families renting cars and both of them had similar issues to us - different car than rented, weird documents to sign etc.
There are many better rentals, no need to pick this one and go through all that.

Friendly Staff and Efficient Service – Top Rental Experience
We rented a car at Catania Airport in Sicily. Everything went very quickly — we were driving away within 10 minutes (I recommend completing the online check-in in advance). Even though we picked up the car late, after 10:00 PM, the employee was waiting for us, smiling and eager to help (special thanks to the very friendly staff member). The way to the pickup point was clearly marked.
I recommend purchasing the Platinum insurance — it comes with the lowest deposit and no issues when returning the car. The return process was smooth, and the deposit was refunded after about 7 days.
I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Everything went smoothly, at pickup and return.
One tiny complication: I needed an actual credit card, as opposed to a debit card, for my supplemental insurance. My reservation email said as much, but I overlooked it. The alternative with only debit cards was to get full coverage (or none).
