Thank you, Ignazio, for finding us a car at the last minute, allowing my wife and I to explore the Palermo area. The Cupra was beautiful, clean, and in perfect condition. The return staff were very friendly, and they even provided a shuttle to take us back to the airport. A truly positive first experience, I'll be back soon.

Good service from Automania and responsiveness in finding a garage on a Sunday when we had a puncture at the rear due to a nail!
Very recent car in very good condition.

However, 2 negative points:
1) More than an hour to pick up the car on April 15 at Bari airport because there was only one person (very efficient but completely overbooked) at the reception.
2) Automania refused to recognize the additional insurance policy (Sincera)that we putchased via Discovercars.com. We therefore had to purchase Automania's full insurance for 236 euros after deducting the price paid to Discovercars.com for the additional coverage.

Customer service was fast, based on our reservation they didn’t ask unnecessary questions, the car was clean and new, with no damage

It was very straightforward . From booking online , we were informed on their page all costs and what was going to be charged once at the stand. There was no extra charges or fees.
Vey transparent. Great customer service and a good quality car.

The price was good for one day, it also included the secure, awand they were more flexible than other companies at the time of leaving the car, so in general was a good experience.

The procedures for collecting and returning the vehicle are simple and quick assuming the full insurance is taken. Online checking possible before the arrival.
Only 3 stars because the tire pressure warning light came on as soon as we left the airport. After checking at a gas station, it turned out that 2 out of 4 tires were at almost 6 bar instead of the recommended 3.5. They could have burst at the slightest impact.
We had rented a van with 9 people on board. The consequences could have been disastrous.

New car, professional and nice staff

Good value for money.
Swift handling. No forced insurances.
Car provided was slightly better than ordered. A few scratches but correctly marked on the contract. Fuel full to full correctly.
Car had no blue parking disk.
When our flight was moved from Trapani to Palermo we first got communicated that we could only bring the car back in Trapani. But later they changed that (when we already had made out alternative arrangement).

Our rental experience was very good. The process was efficient and uncomplicated. The only point that could have been better is that we did not directly know where to find Automania at Catania airport.

Excellent service!

Everything was fine just waiting for the pick up at the airport and pick up at the station was long. Everything else was great.

Unfortunately so disappointed with Automania , they charged me 61€ delayed ( just 13 minutes) after 10pm
And that 13 minutes I was doing paperwork in there office, so it wasn't delayed in airport!!
Try to be careful with them in time and charges
