Clear communications, honest advice

I bought a dual halo colorshift kit and two 3" cube fog lights with colorshift oracles for my 1998 silverado. Right out of the gate I got an obstacle. I payed for 2 day shipping, but was notified via email that the halo kit I ordered was out of stock and would take an additional 2 weeks just to ship, so the $50 I spent on faster shipping was basically rendered useless. After I finally received my order, I opened the box to see that only 2 oracle rings were inside. (It was supposed to include 4). I contacted costumer support and they were very helpful and resolved my issue right away without doubting that only half of my order was sent, which was appreciated very much. After further inspecting my order, I noticed that my control module was not what was pictured on the website. Again I contacted customer support to find out that the control module I had received was an updated version. That's great and all, but the instructions included were very vague, and in bad English. I also couldn't find any videos on how to work all the functions. So I am still unsure how to work all of the functions that made me want to buy this product. Anyways, after I received the rest of my order I installed them. I was not provided with any installation instructions, so Installation was very difficult, taking two full days. The Oracle rings did not fit inside the stock headlight housing without extreme modification. I had to shave and trim both headlights and blinkers to be able to accommodate the halos. BUT, after all of the trouble I had, I am still satisfied with the final result.

Items were as expected, instructions were pretty straight forward. There is ton of info out there on installation, and it's easy enough to just follow along or watch the videos.

I made a pretty good sized order and I will say that i had a few clitches in the order but Sandy at AAC has stepped up on everything and responded 100%.
You build a loyal customer when that happens. Nice company to deal with.

Emailed asking a question before purchased and it was answered promptly and perfectly. Product arrived as advertised and works/looks great.

Product was so cheaply made it resembled a glow stick. Poor craftsmanship and the LED's looked like they were glued together by a baby. Spent $200 and the lights were awful in quality. No refund, and the owner was completely disrespectful when I inquired about it. They blatantly disregarded my concerns and basically confirmed the quality was bad, but refused to do anything about it. LOOK AROUND. This company has NO GOOD REVIEWS ONLINE. I foresee them going bankrupt in the future with their owner. These reviews are probably all fake because if you look around anywhere else online, all reviews are 1/5 stars with very dissatisfied customers. It's pretty easy to buy your own product and be a "verified purchaser" with a great review. What a joke.

Thank you so much for such an outstanding customer service department and product. The "how-to" videos are easy to follow and duplicate.

Most of my purchases have been smaller ones, but I felt that they were just as important to them as the customers who make larger one's. My items were well packaged and shipped promptly. I will definitely continue to do business them and recommend their services.

This company has great products and we use a lot of their halo kits for custom headlight builds that clients want...You also cant forget that they are backed by Lifetime Warranty as well

I called AAC trying to order a custom set of side markers for my Dodge Challenger. It wasn't asking for them to be be turned inside out or made out of titanium, I just wanted the front and rear side markers to be mad with red LED's instead to f the standard Amber for the fronts. I was told by a direct salesperson that no customizations were possible for side markers. The receive them made that way and the hey can not be changed. I thought they had their own electrical shop in house that were making the products they sell. Now I'm searching for their supplier in hopes of cutting out the middle man in hopes of b ing able to buy exactly what I'm want. Maybe be even save a few bucks from third party mark ups.

I ordered the LED dome light for my Camaro and it was mailed in a soft envelope. The contents were broken of course. I call AAC customer service thinking I would go through this big hassle but it was actually quick and seamless. The rep was nice and she sent a new light to me asap and it arrived in a box with plenty cushion. I'm a very happy customer!

I have had issues with these guys where I would recieve the ring and it would be defective, however they definately would resolve that issue as quick as possible. I have been dealing with Renee Pretnar and she has done an amazing job with dealing with all my orders and questions that I had. Overall I would definately recommend this company for all oracle lighting, they have the best rings that is out here. All others are generic and wear out quicker then it should with no warranty.

Ordered a specialty LED for the interior of my Camaro. It arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Can't do better than that!

I received a broken LED bulb, and the hassle to get it replaced was beyond ridiculous. I had to submit a picture of the bulb so they could send me the right one, yet I still get a different bulb as a replacement. Mind you, the entire conversation took place in an email thread which contained my original order details as well as relevant part numbers.
