Excellent repair and incredibly convenient service
Had the paint chipping on my front bumper repaired by Automotive Repair Systems and couldn’t be happier with the result. Sending photos for a quote and arranging the appointment through WhatsApp was incredibly easy and convenient.
Rhys made the booking straightforward, and George completed the repair to a really high standard. A great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Top Notch all round expect very poor…management too customer With no information of start time and by whom the technician was . I had a Mr Adam Smith for the repair who was 110%. No rating on office

Would not give a Recommendation on your service, Sadly Lacking But !!0% on Service, Manners and Quality of work under taken by Adam 5 Star.

Thank you for sharing your information with us, as this has allowed me to look at your file.
I can see that your claim via your insurance company came into our Automotive Repair Systems portal at 11.51 am on the 14th September. Our office had contacted you by 12.08pm on the 14th September, offered you a date for the rectification to take place which you confirmed and the job was confirmed by email.
You would have been advised on the telephone by the Bookings Co-Ordinator and by our confirmation email, that our appointments are all day bookings. This is due to our Technicians running their own diaries and so they plan their days around any other work they have booked in.
The Technician is expected to either text the customer the night before to give you an approximate time they will be with you or they should text you on the day, when they are on their way to you.
Once the booking has been confirmed by our office with you, there is no need for us to contact you again, unless we have a situation where a booking needs cancelling. The next point of contact from our company would be by the Technician directly.
My apologies that you felt let down by lack of contact but as a company, we had confirmed your appointment date and so there was no further contact required.
I will check with Adam to ensure he made contact with you either the day before or on the day you were booked in.
I hope this explanation will change your opinion of the team in the office, of Automotive Repair Systems.

Great service at Liverpool
Great service all the way through, I needed paint repairs which were all done by the end of the day, very straight forward and Dan who I spoke to on the day was really helpful. Would definitely go back for any future repairs / maintenance.
