Simply put, everything was slick and easy to navigate, my old insurance renewal quote floored me by doubling, I did look around Autonet were in the middle of the quotes list and had different tiers of service. Very happy with my choice.

Autonet Insurance have hidden fee's
Autonet Insurance have hidden fee's. I cancelled my van insurance to be told I had to pay £59.84. Do not take out a policy through Autonet Insurance.
They claimed this information was within the documents.
They told me if I did not pay the £59.84 my details would be passed to credit reference agencies and then further debt collection would take place.
I told them I will pay the £59.84 cancellation fee to avoid debt collection etc, but It is only is only fair I leave a negative review and begin complaint proceedings with Autonet. Autonet are happy for me to do it this way.
I am amazed how a company would rather take £59.84 from me to receive a negative review and now have to deal with me in their complaints process, never have business with me again and potentially lose customers through reading this review.

Absolute shower of shit ! You only find out how good a broker is when you need to make a claim ...in my case, a non fault claim ! Claims managment company want me to sign a credit agreement in case they dont get paid , then im liable , try to deal with the underwriter (ageas ) directly and they want me to pay the VAT on the repair ! Avoid

Charged EVERY time you amend online
Do not use if you want to be charged a minimum of £15 (with additional charges added on) just to update your policy ONLINE. This price is a minimum of £25 when calling THEM to do it but still charged either way, even for a simple number plate update when putting your personal plate onto the same car.
Although they claim this is standard for their policy, my wife's insurance company allowed FREE online updates to their policy and only charged when the vehicle excess changed due to a new vehicle, not to update a personal registration number.

When it comes to renewal it’s absolutely scandalous they you can go from around £500 to double the price without making a claim, more people need to shop around so these kind of companies have no customers…

Terrible experience. Cancelled with 3 days left to renew to find money had already been taken when Questioned was told we had adequate time to cancel.i disagree money should not be taken before the renewal date. Terrible company terrible service. Blatant theft
