I ordered a part which arrived damaged, presumably due to the transport company. I sent photos of the damage to AutoParts24, and in the same day they accepted my claim, saying that I needn't return the damaged part. A replacement arrived a few days later

2nd hand instrument cluster
Needed urgently an 2nd hand instrument cluster replacement, and found it here @Autoparts24: detailed described and with very clear pictures that showed the part and it's condition.
Ordered it just before mid-night Tuesday/Wednesday with express delivery, and had it in my hands on Thursday early afternoon - and was kept up to date at every step. Part is exactly as described and shown, and all is working fine again.
