leaking gearbox, bad service
I ordered a gearbox via autoparts24.com, it took almost a week to confirm my payment, and another week before I got the response that the gearbox I ordered wasn't in their possesion. So the almost forced me to take a gearbox that had 100.000km's more, since these gearboxes aren't easy to obtain, I had to take it. Now two weeks after the mounting of the gearbox the clutch started to slip, the gearbox had a leak, so the clutch got contaminated with oil, the gearbox ran low on oil, and now it's my fault, since this has already taken about a month, my car is still in repair and I send the gearbox to be revised. Quite expensive joke. send pictures from the leak and about a week and half later they demand extra pictures. Now since the gearbox is being rebuild I can't get any more pictures. Probably won't see any refund from them either. So just to warn you, do NOT order gearboxes from them. Very irreliable service, I will never order anything from autoparts24.com nor autoparts24.nl ever again.

It is part of ordinary case processing in any claim case that documentation must be submitted - and in your case we have asked for photos where you can see the entire item and not just a section of the part.
