While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I’m writing this post as a last resort

I’m writing this post as a last resort, after more than 5 months of silence from Autorola Netherlands and Autorola Group, despite sending a detailed and formal complaint to multiple contacts — including company management.
In February 2025, I purchased a vehicle through autorola.nl. The car cost €20,000.
It was delivered on March 31 and the very next day I submitted a complaint:
the interior was completely destroyed,
the car was full of smoke odor, vomit and dog hair,
engine ran poorly and there were several serious faults.
I sent videos, photos, emails, follow-ups. I waited more than a month for the first reply — only to get a vague and unjustified rejection.
Since then, I have been ignored.
Even after escalating the issue formally in a professional email to multiple Autorola departments and executives, I received no reply at all. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt.
I have been doing business with Autorola since 2020, with dozens of completed purchases.
Now, I’m left with a damaged vehicle, more than €7,000 in losses, and zero customer support.
I’m posting this so that other professional buyers are aware:
👉 You can do everything by the book,
👉 You can send all evidence and meet all deadlines,
👉 …and still be completely ignored.
This is not acceptable, and I encourage Autorola to review this case before more people are affected the same way.
I am still open to communication — if anyone at Autorola is listening.
