Ordered some parts to my german address and they managed to ship it to the invoice address which is in Norway. This resulted in 200Euro of extra taxes/custom clearence. I asked to get the German tax (Mwst) refunded since Norway is outside EU. They refused and said this is the correct way.
This is a load of crap. German Mwst should be retracted upon export to a non EU country.
I order a part based on my car selection. The part did not fit the car and then they blame it on me that I did a wrong order. Many parts were ordered based on the car selection and only 1 was not fitting. They concluded that it was my fault. Never order again from them.
