Placed an order for a vehicle that was showing as in stock on the website and available in multiple colours at a very reasonable price. Within 2 days, Autotrader Leasing had called me to confirm that my finance application had been approved and that the vehicle order had been placed. Over the next three weeks, they told me three times that the colour I selected was out of stock and they’d have to order a different colour. A manager told me on two occasions that that they would call me back within a certain timescale, and never did. After almost a dozen phone calls to chase them up, they finally told me that the vehicle I ordered almost three weeks ago was out of stock and not available at the agreed price. So overall, they falsely advertise available vehicles on their website at the wrong prices, make false assurances to contact you back, and leave you left in the dark for days on end about whether or not you will actually get the vehicle you’ve gone through many steps to order. I actually think they got off lightly as another person might have been far more angry and abrupt towards them than I was. So now after three weeks I’m back to square one. The worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

Advertisement place at Midday and sold within hours to local buyer. Lots of calls although some were suspicious and clearly traders acting as private buyers in my opinion. Happy that such a great little car will provide someone else with years of great motoring. Thank you

Easy and efficient. But the word count still kept excluding text even when it was saying it was below the Max of 2500 characters.
It also said I could load 20 photos, but it would only load 4. And I couldn’t see why. Nor how I could reduce the image size if that was a problem.
It would also be useful if you could assure us that the location data of photos was blocked.

Full of time wasters and traders trying to offer rock bottom, sold to WBAC for much more without any hassle and endless annoying calls and emails

The advert raised alot of interest getting many looks and a good number of questions. Felt safe throughout the process by using E mail vai the Auto trader hub.

I paid £30 for a 3 week advert which wouldn't even allowed me to upload a video of my bike. I was very disappointed to get only a total of 3 enquiries about the bike in that time even after dropping my price so that it was the cheapest one on the market and even then one if them was a scammer.
I will not be using Autotrader Bikes classifieds again.

Very pleased that I used auto trader
The price I achieved was far higher than the part exchange offered to me.
The buyer was a lovely person and I was pleased that my car has gone to someone that will really appreciate it.

It took a while but I finally sold my vehicle through Autotrader. So glad the advert was renewed free of charge. Would definitely recommend using it to sell your vehicle
