Products ordered came in a timely manor and were of a very good quality you cant ask for more than that

The TV stand arrived as and when it should and well packaged. However, my husband found the assembly instructions hard to follow, (he is usually very good at this kind of thing). He damaged a very, very noticeable part and I called AV4Home to order a replacement part, knowing thiswould cost us. However I really could not believe it when they said they would send it asap and that there would be no cost. In this day and age this service is almost unheard of ! ! Thank you.

I would give 5 stars as the customer support and information given was excellent including after sale support and advice.

The bracket was extremely well made, easy to fit ( need to read instruction carefully before attempting to install)

Service was satisfactory though that should be demanded at the current asking price. The speaker wall mounts are great however they was not as "easy" to install as advertised I feel as If I've overpaid due to non combined postage plus v.a.t charged on the whole product plus service cost.

I would probably not shop here again but thanks.

I had a simple enquiry about some cables, the quality and the specs - just wanted to make sure a few things I'd read were true. Called up, spoke to what must be the most polite gentleman ever who actually listened to me, double checked things on his end and confirmed all the things I wanted to know. If you think this alone isn't so great then you should try doing this with many other companies and see how far you get and heaven forbid you try the usual high-street shops! I let him know I'll be placing my order asap, he asked my name and said he will keep an eye out for it so it gets processed quickly - end result my order placed after the cutoff was delivered next day. This place is wonderful, I hope more people shop here to keep them going, I will be sure to shop here for any AV item I ever need,

We're lucky enough to live close to the Showroom so we called in, the staff couldn't have been any more polite & helpful if they'd tried! We were last minute shopping and needed it NOW so we were kindly offered a display unit (not always an option in most shops) which we duly purchased, the poor lads had to wrap this bulky item and carry it out to our car but were more than happy to do it. Our TV unit is lovely - as were all of the ones in the showroom, thanks guys! :) :)

First class service and delivery.

When I received my tv stand a couple of the packs were missing. The manufacturer had labelled them incorrectly. AV4Home sorted this out immediately and sent me the correct packs of nuts and screws by first class post and I received them the next day in time for my tv to be delivered and installed.

Ordered a speaker bracket, came very quickly and all as described.

we have fitted this tv bracket in a caravan, its really convenient because as well as folding up under the cupboard. it tilts and swing round so it can be watched from all areas of the caravan.
