I am very happy with the service provided by AV4Home. I ordered a TTAP TV stand which came directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately the stand arrived damaged which meant a replacement was required. I contacted AV4Home via email, and the next morning received an reply saying that a replacement would be arranged. The next day I received the replacement. The speed and efficiency in resolving the issue was reassuring and impressive.
Other positives are their prices, and the quality of the products they sell; the TTAP TV stand is very nicely designed and manufactured, meaning a straight forward assembly, with a very solid end result.

Having previously bought a large TV cabinet some 10 years ago from av4home and have been very pleased with that. So had no hesitation in placing another order for a new TV stand. This stand was very easy to assemble and looks really good as well. There was a small problem with some very minor transit damage on a wooden panel, but this was very quickly rectified by the manufacturer. Great job-very pleased with the purchase-thank you.

I ordered a Frank Olsen lamp table only to find it had a gouge on one side. I gave AV4Home a two stars review on their website explaining the issue. They immediately contacted me to address the issue, explaining that the item was dispatched directly from FrankOlsen. They then ordered a new side for the table. It arrived within days. Fantastic customer service. I would really recommend this company.

Inferior materials are used to construct this product.

Many metal fixings simply broke when attempting to construct it.

The finish is really bad, a lot of pieces have been damaged along edges and corners.

Edit: apparently the sellers lack the ability to read. I'll be doing a chargeback through my bank under statutory rights for quality less than expected, as they're refusing to deal with that problem themselves.

Made prefer on the Sunday, arrived on the Tuesday, quality of product as expected.

Ordered 2 items about 6-30 one evening got a call within half an hour saying he had looked at my order and didn't think the 2 items were compatible but would check with the manufacturer in the morning and let me know he called back next day saying they wouldn't fit so I cancelled the none fitting item saved a lot of time not having to sending things back great service. Item was delivered on the day arranged faultless service

Customer service was excellent, bought a couple of Frank Olsen units a long time ago and unfortunately lost one of the fitting packs while they were in storage, sent an email on the off chance they may be able to source a new pack for me even though the units had been discontinued, was pleased to receive an email back within a matter of hours to let me know they had sourced the missing parts and would send them out to me. Will definitely use again in future.

Love the cabinet. The best flatpack experience I've EVER had. It looks fantastic and I can't fault the quality. I did experience a failure within 48hrs of the "Magic Eye" IR unit, but Frank Olsen Customer service sent a replacement immediately via 1st Class post and everything is now working perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

I ordered a BDI TV cabinet, the main reason was that it advertised it could hold 71kg of weight but also because it looked nice. I waited 3 months (which was fine as I was informed of the delay), as I wanted the cabinet to support a 55kg TV.

Unfortunately, after a year the cabinet started to sag in the middle, I informed AV4home, and they relayed this to the manufacturer. However, the manufacturer just said it’s an acceptable tolerance! Now everyone knows that a sagging cabinet is not a thing, and “acceptable tolerance” is a term used in many industries which really means “damn we messed up, lets defend ourselves and say that’s normal”. AV4home did nothing to solve the problem and I had to find a resolution myself.

Be warned BDI furniture does not hold the weight it claims.

Items arrived well packaged (3 boxes), ordered on a weekend and was delivered on the Tuesday. Units easy to assemble (this was two separate units joined together) so use the instructions for joining multiple units. I was missing one screw in the hinge (this was already in a unit piece so wasn't missing from the bags with screws in), so contacted Av4home to let them know it was missing and that I would try to get one from a local store, they said they would get it sent out to me which they did and it arrived next day (was good as it was a machine type screw and nowhere local had anything similar). Great customer experience will definitely use again.

The picture does not do this justice, it’s absolutely lovely piece of furniture. The company was also the cheapest I found and was delivered within days of the completed order. It’s a big 5 stars here. Would highly recommend buying from here.

Highly rate this company, great products and quick delivery. Purchased this piece of furniture to showcase my late father's Linn turntable. A real crowd pleaser.

I recently bought a TTAP FS Oak TV stand from AV4Home, and liked the first one so much, I ordered a second. Most TV stands are functional, but not very attractive. This TTAP Oak stand is the exception. Real attention has been paid to the aesthetic qualities and combined with its sturdiness in supporting a large TV, I’m really delighted with them.

Assembly was easy and straightforward. The instructions are clear and easy to follow with the different packs of screws etc. clearly identified in separate bags labelled A,B,C… as per the instructions.

Overall, I get the feeling that a lot of thought has gone into the design of this stand, from the clear instructions and thoughtful labelling of the components to the aesthetic appeal of the final product. It may only be a humble TV stand, but it is a thing of exceptional quality.

My cabinet arrived promptly although there was damage to the glass top. This was replaced and also the Smart Lighting System that was inoperative. The cabinet was straight forward to assemble and I am impressed with the finished product. I am very pleased with the assistance I received in choosing my cabinet and the after sales service from Frank Olsen, a company I will recommend to friends.

I bought from AV4Home A few months ago , sorry I can't remember the exact date .
They were excellent , there was a minor error and they dealt with it great and professionally .

Second time we have used this company to order Jual Bali furniture. Again no problems with this order, delivered the next day. Order was well packed, and the product was in excellent condition when it arrived, considering the weight of the box. Would certainly use AV4Home again

Ordered an alphason finewood 1350 TV stand on 6th October at 11am received it the next afternoon, outstanding service, and the unit is lovely as well, not that difficult to b you build either, will definitely be using you again.

Although the swing is good I had to have a new canopy fitted the other one was broken . The swing was nearly £500 and it only had 1 cushion I have tried to buy another one but they don't reply . I wouldn't recommend this company again
