The product was exactly as advertised, is was delivered in the time period promised nd works well.

AV4home are just the most amazing company I have ever made an online purchase from. Their prizes simply cannot compare to other companies, they are unbelievably cheap. I purchased a beautiful tv cabinet for £300 less than at other retailers and their service and after sales service are second to none. A wonderful young man called Paul is the nicest sales person I have ever known. Knowledgable, honest and not at all pushy, just enormously helpful. I can’t recommend him or AV4home highly enough.

Recently bought a Teknik office desk from AV4Home. My order was followed by a telephone call to clarify the best date for delivery for me through their specialist courier. Delivery was delayed to suit my schedule, and when their was a minor niggle with one of the parts (not their fault at all), they swiftly arranged for it to be replaced through the supplier. Overall, very pleased with my purchase and personalised customer service to ensure my order suited me perfectly.

I recently purchased a Alphason Finewoods FW1350-LO/B TV stand from AV4HOME, the service I received in the show room and via email was excellent!
I had a small issue with the Alphason stand, but this sorted very quickly and efficiently buy Paul at AV4HOME and by the people at Alphason who I would also like to thank very much for their excellent service.

Bought an AV unit from them, that was clearly reboxed and filthy all over. I can only assume it was an ex display or had been sitting in a warehouse somewhere. I expect pristine as new for a new price. Talked to their team, but wasnt given any suitable explanation as to why, rather a lot of deflection about their suppliers. I only kept it because it wasn't damaged, just filthy. But i dont think id buy from them again if they or their suppliers are trading used goods as new. And yes, to me showroom goods are "used". I gave 2 stars because there wasn't any friction, but their answers as to the goods condition just weren't adequate, therefore overall a poor experience.

Just purchased the Alphason Element 2500XL TV unit and can highly recommend both the company and product. The staff proved to be extremely knowledgeable and answered any queires that I had. I also received an after sales call from Paul at AV4Home to check that I was happy with my purchase, which was a nice touch. As for the product, I'm very happy with it. It was simply to assemble, very strong and looks the part.

Product excellent for my needs. Customer services absolutely unbelievable. I accidentally damaged a panel whilst assembling and CS (James) emailed manufacturer and persuaded them to replace panel without cost and shipped it within 7 days without any cost to me.
Manufacturers export agent also excellent, keeping me informed of shipping and even questioned whether I had requested the correct replacement panel. WOW. Amazing!!
