Non-existent support on software sold

I have bought an app called TVMOTE through the Apple Appstore from Avancee's iOS developer Jorge Miguel. I bought this app years ago and was always happy with it. However, recently it stopped working properly. Developer Jorge Miguel does not respond to support request thru Appstore, direct emails, FB messenger chats, and even his Avancee company contact details. Extremely unprofessional. Strongly advise AGAINST BUYING THIS APP or dealing with them at all.
