My account was set up on auto renew
My account was set up on auto renew, their site is impossible to find out how to cancel. You have to go through a lengthy and achaic process to cancel. I was unable to cancel from their site, and I was stuck with an additional year subscription. The only way to cancel is through the payment sysem (PayPal). be very carefule of these guys. If you want help, you have to pay for each system.
UPDATE: Their response said they requested my info. They DID NOT. They already have my info. DO TRUST THESE GUYS. They just don't want to make it right.

APP DOES NOT ALLOW SCANNING DOCUMENTS OR PHOTOS. THE LISTING ALSO INDICATES A FREE TRIAL THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN
After finding the Avanquest app on google I downloaded the program on my laptop and tried to use it. The app lacks very basic abilities. For example it cannot be used to scan and file or print photos or documents. Their add suggests that they provide a wide range of abilities for photo usages, but it is useless to me. They make it impossible to contact customer service and ask for a refund. After looking at reviews I see many people have experienced problems dealing with this company. These people are scam artists. DON"T BUY!!!!

PC Helpsoft Driver Updater Trial Version
I was pleasantly surprised with how this program treats you after a failed driver install. Other programs (including this one) of the same function require a system restart after each driver install. When I installed a bad driver that crashed my system it reverted me back to where none of the drivers were installed. When I started to reinstall the drivers that were already successful, the program didnt require a full reset as it did previously. It saved a lot of time, and me from a fat headache of manually downloading then updating the drivers myself.

A great service at a great price…
I ordered a packet of drivers and messed up clicking on the wrong button during check out.
So my 15.00 purchase turned to 115.00. Not only did Avanquest make it right the driver pack was awesome and fixed my Old laptop but did much more restoring my windows and my laptop runs like new!

An experience with Avanquest…
Normally my experience with Avanquest has been positive. This time, sad to say, was different. I ordered a program and started the download process. I was greeted with "There has been a problem locating your download file". I sent an e-mail to support but was told that they were not the correct department to handle my problem. They gave me another link to another department only to be told the same thing. The next day I called support and was told that they could not help me with this particular problem. At that point I gave up and asked for a refund and it was granted. If there was a humorous side to this it's that a couple of hours after I requested the refund I was sent another link to download the program. I regret that I didn't wait for that link as the program I had ordered would have been useful for me.
