I was pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt response and resolution of my issue. Everything was resolved in less than a hour! I was actually expecting a long process since every other company where I purchased something and had problems with item bough I have experience long weeks of back and forth washout a quick resolution.

I tried to find the PC driver for new printer and searched on internet, PChelpsoft came first on the list. According to the instruction I installed it and made annual subscription. Soon I noticed it was not the driver I was looking for but a different app.
The chat support staff kindly helped me to cancel the subscription. Amazingly, that was possible in Japanese. I felt relieved.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS - UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS. These people's website causes you to pay for product options that you specifically did not want. I wanted the $39 per year 1 year license. Then a message came up offering a lifetime license for $169. I specifically didn't want this so I didn't select that option then moved to the next screen and it automatically charged my card for the option I didn't select! It's hard to get your money back so I am just lodging a credit card dispute with my bank. DONT USE THEM. Not trustworthy.

These scammers charged me twice without…
These scammers charged me twice without my authorization. One time a year ago and another just today. I am reporting them to BBB. This is clear fraud. I have asked them for a refund, which they have issued, just to find out they took that money out again. Avoid giving any of your personal information to these scammers. They charge cards without being given authorization to do so.

Horrible Customer Service
Our checksoft began to auto close everytime we neded to print checks. After 85 minutes with technical support and their inability to resolve the issue I asked if they could send me a link to reinstall the software, their response was that since I purchased it at office depot I needed to go to them. Since I didn't want to spend time learning a new software and jumped online to purchase the software again. No option to download the software, it has to be mailed to you. I call and see if this is true and yes needs to be mailed. Paid for overnight shipping 3 days ago and here I am without my software.

I've had programs like this before....or so i thought, this company gave me PC Cleaner and Driver update programs, and they have improved my pc greatly, they let you know when any problem arises straight away, i would recommend this company to anyone, they have helpful and friendly staff on hand, this is the best pc cleaner i've had, many thanks Pc Cleaner.

Pro-Features not working / remote access
Bought their photo-software. The premium features did not work, although I was logged in. After calling their "24/7" Support, I got message that it was closed.
I tried it via Chat-Support, and they asked for access to my computer, which I find highly suspicious and is not regular practice for the installation of a program at all. I have installed HUNDREDS of programs in my life and have never seen something comparable.
I denied the access and asked for activation of the product and was then asked to "upgrade to their best plan" and got an Email immediately after that with nothing but a link in it.
I have no trust whatsoever in this business and accept that my money is thrown out of the window.
