Scam website. Everything is heavily overpriced, item descriptions don't match what they're trying to sell. Actually made the mistake of purchasing something from them, item didn't match the description yet, upon contacting them they state that it's correct. Avoid at all costs.

Joggers fit fine but the hoodie , what even is this I ordered a medium which is what came but it fits like a xxl how can your sizing be so off , the hoodie is like a wing suit more than anything.

Giving 1 star as you can't say 0, worse than shocking, scam of a company that don't ship items, give you fake tracking codes and when you do finally get to speak to a member of staff about your missing order they are abusive and threatening. AVOID

Absolutely shocking. Faceless company, scammers, take no liability and left out of pocket by £150. Avoid at all costs.

honestly if i had a option to give -10 rating i would...they should just cancel this company horrible product...the worst track suit my skin has every touched....the return process is horrible...horrible company, horrible product, cheap quality....please how on earth does a xl fit like a xs? you guys are deceitful how can you even look at your product and think ''yeah what a beautiful product'' you should acc for the sake of everyone just go on adminstration and just give up honestly your a disgrace

I ordered from this company on the 10th November. After emailing them many times to find out the where abouts of my order, I've received ZERO response.
Customer service is non existent.
once they have your money they simply do not care!

I ordered a medium sized coat and they sent a large. Sent many emais to ask for an exhange and nothing received back from them. Very poor service I am not stuck with a coat that doesn't fit.

After a month I am still awaiting a refund for my return. I arranged my own return and followed all the instructions they provided to me. I have had no acknowledgment of my return. They’ve not responded to my email, I’ve messaged them on instagram to al also no reply. I’ve been scammed and it’s not acceptable. The experience has been so bad I’ve even created a TrustPilot account just for them.

Getting partially refunded for items that are not packed properly. I paid £11.99 and only get a refund of £11.03 its not my fault items was not packed properly and got damaged. That's down to the seller to pack items properly. And trying to sort this on ebay is a drama I don't want to talk to a computer assistant it's useless absolute terrible then ebay runs into a problem and don't work or send pages just scams

Ordered three times from them of items that were in stock online only to keep getting my order cancelled every single time. Terrible company. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re a scam site.

Do not buy anything from Sophora until you are sure who you know who you are actually buying from. They have ‘trusted’ collaborators like Avant Garde Brands who are not an easy company to deal with. Sophora does not have responsibility over your purchase if fulfilled by third parties. I bought an item that does not fulfil my needs. I need to return it. I spent over an hour trying to get some help from
Sophora, they directed me to Avant Gard but there is no returns page, no label, no information on the package. I have spent so much time researching how to return this item. looks like I will not be able to return it, there is no address, no contact details! Do not buy anything from Sophora until you carefully read who really sells the item and if they have a proper returns system. I have been dealt with very badly by Sophora

Not sure if this is the same company as the negative reviews, my order came one day late (no problem) and product was what I ordered. So maybe I’ve been lucky.

Bought an item from this company through feelunique. Item was delivered but not what I expected so wanted to return. No return note was provided in the box and nothing was on feelunique to indicate where to return to. Googled the company and contacted them directly. Took 3 weeks for them to issue me a returns label. I returned item through Evri and the parcel is stuck in their system now as it seems the address they put on returns label was not correct. Tried emailing them about this and still no response 2 weeks later. All round really crap company to do business with so avoid ordering anything from them at all costs!!!
