I booked in for a New client appointment for a consultation. I was kept waiting 30 mins on arrival. strands of hair were cut for colour test, I was told I would be called with the results…no-one bothered! Very poor service!!

Bought joggers. Turned up with a hole in the front of them. Why on earth would you send out faulty products?

Absolutely disgraceful business to deal with. Purchased an item through Wowcher which never arrived. I had to contact them to make them aware, which it was confirmed. Been waiting ages for a refund, keep telling me they are contacting the relevant department and to wait 24 hours and never happens. Seriously poor customer service and would avoid with a barge pole.

I really wish i had read the reviews for this company before i ordered from them!!! The payment for my order was taken immediately (obviously) and the goods never turned up despite a delivery date of November 20th given. Its now December 6th so i thought id better get in touch with them and enquire as to the wear abouts of my order. This is easier said than done! Its next to impossible to contact these people and when you do they ignore you. I fail to see how in this day and age companies are allowed to trade in this way? Im so angry especially as this was a Christmas gift for my little boy. Avoid at all costs!! I have more chance of finding a real life Unicorn than finding this item in my letter box! Disgusting!!!!!!

I ordered from Avant Garde a few weeks ago and received an email acknowledging my order. Since that time I've not heard from them... not received anything... Efforts to try and reach them are futile. There is no telephone number.. Repeated emails are returned and facebook and instagram requests are unanswered.

Bought goods and they sent wrong items. Really difficult trying to deal with this company. From the reviews how on earth are they still in business.

I will add to the number of bad reviews for this company. DO NOT TOUCH THEM. they are beyond incompetent- sending out wrong items and then faffing around with retuning/ collection of the wrong item and delivery of correct items.

Unfortunately I ordered items from these people by mistake as I didnt realise it was Avant Garde Brands. Basically they lie and cheat. I ordered Kleenex Cube handkerchief boxes on thier website and they sent me normal flat box hankies. I ordered the cubes to fit in cube boxes I have. Their excuse was - sorry, but can you send us a picture showing what we sent you. No apologies aor any attenpt to acknowledge they made another mistake. They even tried to get me to send the item back to them and pay for it myself. I told them wheere to get off and that they made the mistake and had to arrange collection. After three attempts I got the item collected then they tried to get out of it by saying I had to send them the tracking reference. What muppets - they booked the collection so they would know the tracking reference. They try to do this so that if you cant give them any proof its been collected they will try and refuse your refund. Do not trust this lying cheating company

Absolutely useless. Waited 4months for an item that disappeared or was damaged in transit at least 4 times .... item never received and refund still not given

Delivered the wrong item to my mother who can’t return it as unable to leave the house/ her bed . Refuse to pick up the item on the doorstep (unlike other companies), and are refusing to send the item which was ordered or to refund her. Do not purchase from them direct or via Wowcher.

Never buy from this company ! 1st order never showed up- took 8 weeks to get a refund! Mistakenly ordered from them again- order two weeks late and counting with no sign

Ordered something on wowcher and this company supplied the item. Was due for delivery about 4 weeks ago and have since been told the item was lost in transit.
I was told I was getting a refund but it is nowhere to be seen. Every time I try and email the company they just copy and paste THE SAME email from last time. I’ve already raised a dispute with my bank and next step will be to contact Trading Standards, as I’m not confident at all that I’ll be getting my money back. Can’t say Wowcher have been much help either! Shame on both companies.

Absolutely horrific bought from these cowboys via Wowcher . What a mistake
They haven’t delivered what I ordered instead sending a really cheap brand which in no way compares with what I have paid For . The communication is awful ... they reply every 5-7 days asking for a photo !!! I send a photo and get another email asking for an address ... then I get another asking for a a photo and it goes on and on . I’m still stuck with the delivery which absolutely stinks to high heaven (they are cheap pound shop scented toilet rolls) I’ve involved Wowcher but still not getting any joy

There really should be an option for no stars here. I placed an order for baby wipes for delivery by March 19th. Its now April 10th. After sending many emails asking them to investigate the status of my delivery I am still no further forward. They have responded each time with the same response, please send your order number and wowcher code, I have done this at least 12 times now and have also enclosed screenshots. As they hit the reply button as their response I now have 22 emails between us. They obviously never read what is written in all the other emails, theirs and mine. Completely incompetent!! I have now asked for a refund on my order but to that there has been no response. Complete bunch of cowboys!

I ordered 45 ANDREX TOILET ROLLS . I got 45 inferior toilet rolls sent a week after original date. I have been trying to get Avent garde to swap them with ANDREX ,but I just keep getting fobbed of, I have sent numerous photos of toilet rolls they sent. But they are just ignoring my emails. I have no choice now, but to take them to Office Of Fair Trading. Steer clear of Wowcher and Avant Garde. I wish I could give them -10 stars

brought toilet rolls through woucher and avant guard have never delivered but give constant crap reply's,. worst companies ever, do not use

UPDATE - today they are saying they delivered my package on the 24th yes you did - how many days late? That is not the complaint though is it? The complaint is the rubbish you have provided which is not what I’ve paid for. Why people deal with you is beyond me

Update - today they responded and asked for a photo of what they have sent me - they obviously don’t know or care what they sent out to me. I’ve replied with a pic. Lets see how long before they do what I’ve asked collect & refund.

Profiting from this pandemic I ordered 72 hush toilet rolls from wowcher they did not arrive, had every excuse then this cheap perfumed alternative showed up today!!! No customer service totally useless avoid at all cost - pick up your cheap nasty loo rolls and refund my money now!!!!
