Today I called Avanti Gas as I am moving, the buyers solicitors have been very full on asking numerous questions to do with the tank and gas supply. Avanti where extremely helpful in dealing with these enquiries and emailed information required within a short time.They where polite and efficient. Can't say fairer than that.

I contacted Avanti to see if they could 'price match' with a quote i had received from an alternative provider. Les Banton, who i dealt with was very helpful and quick to get a response from a Manager. The price was agreed and contract signed. A very seamless experience!

The person I spoke to was lovely but…
The person I spoke to was lovely but despite ringing AvantiGas 3 times they still have not removed an invoice which has already been paid. I was told that this invoice has been paid but still 4 weeks later they still have not removed and have put a hold on the account so can’t order LPG, very poor service!
