Assessing tank pressure…
I recently needed to have the pressure in my tank assessed. I rang the customer service team. The lady I spoke to was excellent - very helpful. The engineer arrived very quickly the same day.
The engineer was first class. He was courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood.
I was very impressed by the customer service agent and the engineer. What a fabulous service from Avanti Gas!

After initially ‘inheriting’ AvantiGas…
After initially ‘inheriting’ AvantiGas and having issues with delivery scheduling and main office customer service, this has been completely turned around. Their delivery drivers have already been polite and courteous, but their wider service and scheduling has now improved dramatically. We would have no hesitation in recommending them now.
